I used Degiro before the Corona Virus…
I used Degiro before the Corona Virus and the Support was very fast and good. Also I love the Web-App. The only thing they could improve is the Mobile App. The Mobile App is also very good but it lacks some functions that you have in the WebApp. But all in all great Company.
Edit: With functions i mean that as example i cant sort my portfolio on the mobile app but on the desktop app i can.

It might happen that some functions are displayed differently, but all functions are included in both versions.

Money transferred gone for 8 weeks
In mid Feb 7000CHF transfered to the DeGiro account, still not received at DeGiro account or returned to original bank account. After confirmation to which DeGiro account the money should be transferred it is quiet from DeGiro. No response on email communication and impossible to reach the help desk. Avoid - more reliable brokers with similar fees around

I'm quite satisfied with DeGiro so far
I'm quite satisfied with DeGiro so far. Trades are very cheap. I have only two minor complaints.
First, the customer service in English not that great. I've called about three times and have not found them to be particularly friendly each time. One time, the guy who answered the phone was rather unfriendly.
Second, I wished they had an alternative two-step verification method to Google Authenticator. E.g., mobile phone code would be great. I had problems with Authenticator not syncing properly a number of times, so I wasn't able to log in to my account.

Regarding two-step verification, currently we do support Google Authenticator for this. In case you are unable to access your account and need to reset the two step authentication, please contact our Service Desk. We can perform a security verification and reset this for you.

Maybe good rates but haven't had the chance yet to try it since I am still waiting for the wire transfer to be executed by them since begining of last week!
