Been with them for few years now, no issues so far
What could be improved is teh money transfer my account to them, it takes a bit of time which could effect the purchasing time.

Have sent several emails to clients@degiro in the past week and haven’t heard back from most of these.
I did get one response, the directions of which didn’t match up with the options in my account.
It’s really difficult to deposit funds into my account, and not much details on the help center.
Such disappointment, I used to love Degiro, and just feel like the experience has gone downhill. I’ve closed my account sadly.

A professional trading experience throughout.

I’ve been very impressed with DEGIRO. The platform offers access to a huge range of international stocks, including all the companies I’m most interested in. It’s intuitive and cost-effective, making it easy to build and manage a diverse portfolio. While the real-time price updates and charting tools could be a little more advanced, the overall experience is excellent. For anyone who wants broad market access at competitive fees, DEGIRO is a great choice.

Very good information on site, good selection of stocks from different countries and low fees.

Degiro had an interesting system that categorized the risk of your portfolio, which allowed you to borrow against it. A few days ago, my portfolio consisted of a single Nasdaq-listed iGaming company that has been on a superb momentum. Overnight, Degiro notified me that the risk categorization was changing—not a minor adjustment, but a complete overhaul. This change means I can no longer borrow against my portfolio.

As a result, I was forced to sell a portion of my holdings almost overnight. I had no way to foresee this risk or protect myself in advance. This is against the basics of investment! Since I sold the stock, it has gone up by 5%, by the way.

This policy shows no consideration for their clients. Be wary of their decisions. It's them first, customers second.

I find DEGIRO very efficient and low cost, providing access to a wide range of investment ideas across a number of exchanges.

Very straight-forward, clear, easy to use, with reasonable charges and access to a wide range of markets. Heaven would be if Degiro was to open an ISA Shares Account for UK citizens!

AVOID this broker. I have a stocks which is no longer listed so its not possible to sell them. But when then charge you fees for trading in any exchange market they gonna charge you also this what you can not sell. Mobile app looks like from 2010, very impractical even you can not contact the support directly from there. Better you look for some alternative like trading212 or something else.

As per previous reviews stealing money and holding onto customers funds. Requested a withdraw on 14th May which should take 2-4 days and over 2 weeks later they still have my money.
They have plenty of excuses though, 'we can't withdraw to that account', "you need to send another 0.01 to your account' "we need to check with our payments team", "you sent the 0.01 to the wrong account even though its the details on the app" and these go on and on.
I would advise anyone to avoid this sham of a company. I'm currently selling down all my shares to leave as soon as I can....if I can get my money. I have also logged an official complaint.

The site is great. Very responsive, easy to use and intuitive.

Every time I transfer funds to my account Degiro hang onto my money for weeks. I am tring to take advantage of opportunites that I see in the market and every time these day you won't credit my account with the funds that I have sent you. When I complain Degrio do nothing and don't offer an explaination. They claim two to three day transfer but they have held my money for 24 days this time and still have it and last December you held it for 3 weeks. The shares I wanted to buy now have since doubled in value.

I've been using degiro for about 4 years now, and very happy with the process. Some more available options to buy/write would be great though.

I love Degiro. Fast, low fees, clear dashboars. Everything is simple and in your hands.

I made a 10K deposit 2 months ago however Degiro still cannot find my payment. I have spoken with 3 different agents (all with communistic names Stalin, Kirol and Gorbachev) the response I got was exactly the same ....I cannot see your deposit but if I ever find it I will get back to you.. I'm just wondering if that's a joke or a nightmare? I have made dozens of deposits online to Finance brokers and betting companies and never had an issue, my deposit was arriving always on time. How is possible that Degiro lost my deposit? They claim that they are a Dutch-German broker but when your deposit is not credited into your account, you have to deal with those agents based in Sofia!!! Does this seems a sign of a reliable company? I have already taken legal action against them. Unfortunately reading the previous reviews I'm not the only one that his deposit was lost.
