Decent stocks investing service. I use it just for long therm investing for 8 years by now. I dont use the options etc.
I only trade ETFs on Degiro. Their "Core selection" was much bigger before. Some basic screener (like gains/loses over longer perios comparison) would be nice, so I don't have to look somewhere else.

I requested payment on 12/06/2023 and they still haven't sent me the money. We have already written more than 16 emails and the answer is always that they are solving the situation. It's been more than three months. My lawyer and I are going to file a request to freeze degiro's assets. We don't know if he is in bankruptcy.

Great trader with very low fees, problems with some ETFs
Great trader with very low fees. Unfortunately due to recent changes in ETF policy regarding KYD lot of ETFs are not available to buy. Based on response from support team the reason is about missing KYD in my local language. The situation is unchanged for months. That's bit weird because it's one-page PDF and it should be very easy to translate. Besides most of traders are able to speak/read in English.

Passporting and providing a KID in the local language is the responsibility of the issuers of the ETFs, not ours unfortunately.

Not usable anymore
I have been using DEGIRO for many years.
However they suddenly introduced a regulation, requiring a Key Investor Document (KID) to be provided in your local language for all ETFs. This is a requirement making most ETFs untradable.
With this regulation, DEGIRO is not usable anymore, and I am migrating to IBKR.

We understand that the change in the PRIIPs (Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products) legislation is an inconvenience for your current investment strategy.
First, we would like to emphasise that this change only affects opening a new position or increasing your current position(s) and only applies to products for which we currently do not have a KID (Key Information Document) in your local language. It is still possible to hold or close any positions you might already have in an affected product.
Secondly, we are continuously checking for new KIDs from issuers. If you happen to come across a KID that may meet requirements, feel free to send the URL to us. We can then review it and reassess the availability of the product. For more information on how you can request that we add a financial product to our platform, please visit our Help Centre.
It is also important to note that we are only allowed to offer ETFs/funds to clients, if the relevant products have been passported to your country and a KID in the accepted language is available. Both are on the responsibility of the issuer.

With the latest regulation, DEGIRO is not usable anymore
I have been using DEGIRO for years, and I have been satisfied with it. However, on 2023-03-15, they suddenly introduced a regulation, requiring a Key Information Document (KID) to be provided in your local language for all ETFs, otherwise, you cannot buy them. This is an absurd requirement, making most ETFs untradable.
With this regulation, DEGIRO is not usable anymore, and I am migrating to another broker.

It is simple, easy to understand. Their helpdesk communicates. I have withdrawn money several times without any issues, same for deposits. Low fees. Overall what I would expect.
