Absolutely non-existent support
Absolutely non-existent support. Tried to open an account, the identity verification process went through fine and then I got asked to send them a relevant document regarding my residence. It has been 3 weeks since I sent it and there has been no response.
Update: being stuck for 5 weeks now. Completely unprofessional.

In general, we can provide some tips though. What you can try is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Make sure you the app has all permissions, this is necessary for the registration process. If it doesn't work on your own phone, you can also try using another device. For example, from a family member or friend. Once the registration is complete, you can delete the app from the other device and use your own device to log in.

I would like to have some more stats, especially on portfolio perfromance. They only offer day and total. Also interfaces to PowerBI or Data Studio in order to build own dashboards would be cool. The Reports Section is very basic and not what I expect...

DEGIRO SKINNING YOU ALIVE
DEGIRO seems to have changed from a start-up to a fee-production machine.
It may have happened when DEGIRO was acquired by FLATULEX.
Any possible gain is completely eroded as it cost a lot to sell, transfer or do anything at all.
Repeated comments for account holders in UK and NL!
