I've been using Degiro since 2019 and I am quite satisfied with the platform. The Mobile app does the job quite well, and the web platform is more complete of course.
What I miss in the platform though are more portfolio graphs and the ability to buy fractional shares. Those certainly would very much improve their whole ecosystem.

I use Degiro for investing (not for trading) since 2017 (I believe) and have never had any problems with it.
It offers a big range of stocks from different exchanges, even SG and JP stocks.
Low fees.
Also, there were quite some improvements since then. E.g.: If I want I can get a good level of company financial details directly from Degiro. Even though I don't use that as I have other tools for that, sometimes when I want to check fastly something, its good to have it in there.

Using Degiro for over 5 years now and…
Using Degiro for over 5 years now and still happy. The platform is always developed further to provide more tools. It's an awesome experience.
What is problematic is to cancel old accounts as Degiro does not provide an easy way out if you have left money in the account which is not enough to be paid out but is also not allowed to be more than 0 Euro.

There was a split of a stock ("Meyer Burger Technology"), the first for me, and something beyond the "daily normal". They informed about it via email (2 days *after* the start of the 6 day timeframe, though, but well enough before the end of it) and they provided sufficient information how to participate.
Beyond that: they improved a lot IMO comparing to 2020 (e.g. providing more background information regarding the stocks).
