20days ago we bought a pair of FILA shoes for our 6year old. The soals on one shoe is after not even a month torn and in one side completely torn. They called it his own fault so we have to throw these out and they would not consider it a change reason than one shoe sole looks like that.
He must have scrached something they said. .but shoes for a six year old should last more than twenty days right.
Will not support that store again i Nykøbing Falster Denmark. As we normally buy all our shoes in that store ..that kind of service is nok for us.
I mean..twenty days. Not months.

It was amazing. Bought sport shoes online but they didn't fit and I needed them asap. Turns out all I had to do was go to a Deichmann shop and exchange or cancel order and get a refund. If only online shopping was so amazing
