I bought a customised jersey online and it was damaged when it was delivered. 2 and a half weeks ago I send an email to be able to return it but they keep saying that I need to wait. It's not acceptable to wait this long to return a jersey. And now I have the feeling that I won't be able to return it while there was an error which was not my fault.

4 weeks of delay without progress, a "slight delay" according to PSG
I had a horrible experience with this store so far:
1. Ordered a product 4 weeks ago, was never shipped or processed
2. Contacted them 3 times via chat along the way asking for updates, was given the feedback that they would expediate shipping within 72 hours. This never happened
3. After 3 weeks I got an automated email saying the order is delayed, and I can see the status on Fanatics page with my order number, this page however never even showed the order.
4. After 24 days I asked again by email and got the simple answer that there was a "slight delay", no estimated delivery time given, no way to even track the order
5. The last time I contacted them they said they will now definitely handle the issue, to which I asked when to contact them again if nothing happens. They said 48 hours. This time is up, nothing happened, and guess what? Support is now down for the holidays, only way to contact them is by phone.
Since 4 weeks is a "slight delay" to them, I guess it makes sense that they are not to engaged if fixing the issue. Maybe if the order wasn't meant as a Christmas gift ordered in mid November I might even not care and find the French nonchalance funny. But it was meant as a Christmas gift, and 4 weeks of delay are not "slight" to me.

The shirt was not even good
The shirt was good, until laundered.
It now is smaller and had stains showing fabric isn’t very good quality.
