I like everything about this company…

I like everything about this company except for the lack of delivery options. I work full time so I cannot receive the goods. I could save everyone a lot of time if I was able to say this at the beginning 😁

bad experience!

bad experience!
It's been more than 6 weeks since I bought the mattress and I still haven't received it. I stopped going to work a few days waiting for delivery and it never arrived. lack of respect!
I already paid 2 installments for a product I don't have.
I already called the company and they were supposed to give me a return on the delivery and they never responded. I'm still waiting for the mattress to arrive.
I am disappointed!

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I bought an electric bed that could not stand for 2 years. Already broken and the broken parts cannot be replaced.

I understand the guarantee is two years but when the bed start experiencing cracks before the two years and that eventually after the two years warranty the bed is completely broken, one can only question the quality of the products.

Good price for excellent quality

Good price for excellent quality products. Color for 1 of the products differed from the picture on the website (grey instead of black), but the quality was good nonetheless.

During the order I chose the payment…

During the order I chose the payment option and I was redirected to the bank's application I confirmed the payment and the website crashed. I haven't received any email. I don't have an order number. I have nothing. I only lost 45 euros 98 cents. This is a very dishonest store.
