Scammers. I have visited this place once in Ams. Because service was good I have tried to make a reservation in Rotterdam. After paying on 28th of sep I haven’t received confirmation or any reservation. Then I contacted to get my refund however I was informed that I got subscribed for a monthly abonement. How come if I have no confirmation no subscribtion in my profile? Now for 4 months I am being charged 41,95€ despite I contacted them so many times. Every time they say they will cancell it and refund me but nothing. This scamer stole from me €168 now.

It was all good, the place smell clean and it is very organized. The team is very attentive and efficient, I'm very satisfied with my result. Which it would be a spa, so I would spend the day

I had two waxes w delete. The first went well, the second did not and resulted in a number of red bumps that have persisted over a month. In retrospect I question the hygiene and cleanliness. I’m assuming it’s irritation and hope it goes away. I decided I didn’t want to go back.

I called and wrote customer service. I found out that the ‘discount I had gotten on my first wax was a year subscription, a year ‘abonnement’ that I could not cancel. So now I’m stuck w it

I believe they make commission on these subscriptions. So be careful when they ask you to sign something on the first vist and read carefully.

Beautiful atmosphere, very clean and very professional. The people are also really lovely so you end up forgetting that it’s supposed to hurt. The job was immaculate too, smooth as a baby now. Would definitely recommend!❤️

I was a regular customer of this salon for more than 3 years. Lately, in Amsterdam KNSM salon, the wax angel was late more than 20min for the second time and was highly unprofessional and unpleasant. Really bad experience, I will change the waxing companies and would not recommend it to anyone

I booked a appointment a month in advance because I have a planned c section and the whole day I received confirmation of this appointment then in the evening via sms I got a message that my appointment is cancelled then I tried calling the salon and of course nobody answered the phone. Then I tried the chat which worked and I asked why is appointment and the reason I got that they are cleaning the salon I didn't how this is my problem and there is change in thier schedule. Surely the salon is cleaned after every customer and then again in evening before they leave work. They offer no apologies. Unreliable service!!

There are not a lot of professional specialist in waxing in the salon. They are either leaving or work only
limited hours that difficult to make an appointment for a working person

New angels available for the appointment are unprofessional. Big disappointed in the service

I am thinking to stop my subscription as I am not ready to be a Guinea pig for unprofessional specialists to train there skills

I had a great experience with Rayanah! She was knowledgeable and friendly. She explained all the steps and answered my questions about after care. She took a lot of care during the treatment and I am very happy with the results.
