The treatments, price, effeciency and most importantly the wax angels are excellent! I have been to a few different Salons within Amsterdam and have always felt so welcomed and well looked after. The pre and after products are also really nice.

Customers got NO rights.
3rd time canceling my appointment due to sick Angel.
They have a “No show policy” where if a client cancels appointment within less than 24h, they still be charged 50% of the treatment. Fair enough. However!! If Delete cancels the appointment there no compensation for the client.
I got my morning appointment canceled at 18:34 (!!!) the day before.

I have been having treatments at Delete for almost one year, always been satisfied apart from several appointments and last-minute cancellations that caused much inconvenience at work but apart from that, today's " Angel" welcome and mostly the treatment result blew me away of the hanger as I saw myself at the mirror.
I Feel like been at the butcher's,
my body looks like have been at the sheep farm after wool cut treatment!
I have spots of body hair left or shaped in an unacceptable way.
The skin post-treatment is super red as never happened before in over 30 years of waxing, sugaring, and shaving.

I am very satisfied with Delete! Highly recommended place! My Wax Angel is absolutely perfect! She cant believe me, however, I really enjoy the procedure, no pain, almost a spa)))
