Some items were missing, other mouldy and rotten
Some items were missing, and the chestnuts were mouldy, rotten, and pre-sliced. The delivery personnel did not bring this heavy parcel to my door. I have attempted to contact Delicias Customer Support without success.

Updated review:
Sent email to ask what happen and they replied quickly and sent the missing and broken item. So, from a customer service point of view they dealt with a situation quite efficiently. The items were very good and tasty ☺️
The cod, the most expensive item was missing and the jar of olives was broken. Not a good experience overall since I'm not able to do much without the cod. Attempted to message them on their website, it isn't possible. Just send a message on Facebook, let's see what happens. I'm hoping I come back to change this review.

Got an email today saying that basicly everything was out of stock only had the cheese and if I would like to replace the items!!!!

Worst Customer Service Ever
I bought a water filter a few days ago. They sent it to me with a “vela” (spark plug) that was inferior to what was advertised. I sent an email and they didn't try to fix it. I decided to keep the product anyway, but soon after I noticed that water was leaking from the bottom. I don't know why, but the filter is in perfect condition. I sent an email complaining and asking for a refund and a return of the product. No one has responded to me to this day. The worst customer service I've ever seen. Don't buy from this store, especially online. It's not trustworthy.

Unfortunately let down by the courier DPD, delivering perishables, gave a time slot of 15.17 to 16.17 today for refrigerated goods. At 14.40 (shortly after a white van sped along roads nearby - maybe a co-incidence) I got an email saying there'd be no delivery today, ruining an expensive consignment. Non-delivery is simply not acceptable.
I have raised a dispute with the credit card company. Consumer Credit Act 1974, Section 75.
Edit: The supplier has been in contact and has been very good. They have said that they will provide a full refund and it will take only a few days. That's good. It is not a reflection on them, it is DPD. Don't P*ssing Deliver.
Useless service
Well where do i start…so first some items are not in stock even when it states that it is,so you dont get them and only find out about it when its to late to order something else to come on the same delivery,than you leave a note at the end of the online order that no one reads(im guessing)as i stated that if not in push main door and leave in hallway but the driver never got this information so the driver took it to the nearest post office(not) witch was chosen byDelicias uk and its a few miles away,my nearest post office is actually at the end of my road(two minute walk not 20 in my car and finally costumer service i don’t know really how it is as i called and who ever answered pass me to a number that no one answers and passes on to a answer machine where i left a message and no one bother to call me back,but finally the post office where they taking it to closes at 5 mon to fri,i finish work at 5 oclock and saturday its open until 12:30 witch is the time i finish work on saturday,the main reason i order online as i wirk 6 days a week and have no time to shop,so how do i collect my order in this situation,this would have not happened if they did their job properly or had any consideration with their costumers,all in all what a great experience nit recommended at all

I started buying the Carvalhelhos still water from here after having some at Nandos. It's lovely. Delicias are easy to order from, with good comms and the deliveries are super speedy (this time was next day delivery!) and well packaged. I'm a repeat customer now and would recommend to others. I live in North of Scotland, I ordered twice in the last few weeks and the first time I was amazed when it arrived, perfect packaging and only 3 days delay the second time the same I ordered some frozen and they arrived frozen, the online staff very friendly, they update the delivery they txt you in case of any product out of stock, only 5 stars. Beer expires in less than 2 weeks
I have used Delicias before and ordered some bottled drinks in July 2022. Noticed the bottles had an expiry date of October 2022. I placed a new order on 20 September 2022 and added an extra note on my order that I did not want bottles that are due to expire? Received my £30 order and the bottles expire in October 2022 in less than 2 weeks? Not acceptable, how can they ignore my request and sell me stock about to.expire? I have complained and await their response. Update as of 10 October 2022: Given an extra star as company returned refund in full advising its the only stock they had left. Would have been better if they told me that in first place and offered beer at a reduced price for stock about to expire instead of charging full price.
I can't say good enough about delicias
I can't say good enough about delicias. Very fast super service, great delivery in careful packaging and it definitely helps with that we are not missing Portuguese food and Portugal itself too much!
Highly recommended
24hrs from placing our order to receiving the goods. All well packaged and as described. Customer support was polite and quick to respond to enquiries.
Only criticism would be the website had a error 500 on order confirmation page following return from PayPal. The order did still complete, and email confirmations arrived as normal.

First time order: we were so impressed with the standard it was packed. We stocked up our fav Portuguese food, so it was a huge order: the olive oil bottle was packed so great & efficient ;-), I actually was speechless.
Tried the cheese and bacon: OMG, what a flavor. Can't wait that Daddy comes to see us: we do Portuguese cuisine in London for my German Dad.
I had a question about a product & called their shop in Vauxhall: it was after a long time the most nicest and best chat I had. I forgot that I am in busy London: I was thinking, how nice would it be, to chat with this lady in a cafe & while eating PASTÉIS DE NATA following bei DELTA espresso? I woke up & realized I am in busy London.
