I've ordered from this company in the past and everything went well. However, I placed an order earlier this month and they never dispatched the items or responded to emails. I chased them several times and still didn't get a response.
I've had to resort to claiming my money back via my bank.

I wish I could say how great the bacon seasoning is, but I never received it! Order #US354313 only shipped 2 of the 5 items ordered. Multiple attempts through the website to contact them for resolution with one response, stating the order had shipped. True enough, but it was only a PARTIAL order that shipped. They have my money. I have no product.
No customer service-do not purchase from them
I ordered a 5 pk and only received 3. One of the 3 seasonings I received was expired, Feb 2023. And they put another sticker on top to cover it up being expired. I emailed 3-4 times. I only received 1 reply. The reply they gave me was the tracking number for the 3 seasoning I received. They did not address when I could expect my remaining order and they didn’t address expired seasoning. I reported this to PayPal for a refund. We would never recommend doing business with this company.
Radio silence and no items received after nearly a month
I placed an order on 11/12/24. It's now 4/1/25 and my order hasn't shipped. The chat bot tells me to wait another business day. It's been saying the same thing for a fortnight. I've emailed their service team 3 times with no response beyond 'thanks, we'll be in touch asap'. I doubt the order will ever ship at this stage. Terrible customer service.
Weeks later, no product or reply
Ordered early Dec. and shortly received email saying I would be notified when it shipped out shortly. Expected delivery date 12/13.
It's 12/22 and I'm still waiting for the shipped out email. Have reached out twice with a screen shot of their confirmation info. No reply. In retrospect, this seemed too good to be true. It is. Don't do it.
Cancel Your Order and Move On!
Company is quick to take your order and send you an email stating it will be processed in 24 hours and should arrive in 4 to 5 days. You get no tracking information and repeated attempts to contact them go unanswered. It has been over a week and my three attempts to get an answer has failed. My order is now being cancelled and I advise others to do the same.
They took my money but didn't ship my order - or contact me
I have had the same experience as countless others. I placed and paid for an order and 11 days later have heard nothing. When I click on the tracking link in my confirmation email it goes nowhere. Tried contacting them all day. After reading the below reviews I've advised them I'm cancelling the order and I put through a refund request in PayPal. It seems their issues have been going on for a very long time. No excuse. Terrible business
Nov 23 2024 unfulfilled; no communication from seller
I placed an online order on Nov 23, 2024. Confirmation email said product would be delivered Dec 3-4. No tracking information was ever provided.
Today is Dec 16, 2024. No product ever received. I sent multiple emails to the USA and Australia customer service email addresses. I submitted an order status inquiry via the Contact Us page on the deliciou.com website.
After nearly 2 weeks, I am still waiting for a response. This is terrible customer service and smacks of fraudulent business practices.

If it smells like bacon is because is "smoked" with burnt Bacon, which is very harmful to your health.
Note the ingredients: "smoked flavours"
I purchased 4 different flavours and after a terrible customer service and trying it... I am SO disappointed. It looks like another SCAM to me.

Extremely Poor Customer Service
I ordered 4 x spicy bacon items on 26/November. To date, these have not been shipped. Sent an email asking when I will be receiving my items. This is what I received back via email:
"Hi Denise, we are sorry for the inconvenience. We are transferring to a new warehouse so unfortunately, we cannot fulfill this order.
I have canceled and refunded this order. You should receive the amount in 1-3 business days."
So, does this mean no orders are being fulfilled at all??? When is the move done? I waited 17 days to be told that the order could not be fulfilled and it was only because I sent an email. NO correspondence to advise there was an issue prior and nothing in this email indicates that they are fixing the issue.

I've been vegetarian since 2002. I miss the taste of meat but I just cannot bring myself to contribute to what happens to the animals.
On top of being vegetarian I'm also very fussy when it comes to food. Always looking for new spices and seasoning.
One day I came across an ad for Deliciou on Instagram. I'm always happy to try new products, so I bought one. And I was and AM so glad I did!
Deliciou Bacon Seasoning seriously blew my taste buds away. IT IS FREAKING DELICIOUS!! I have tried all of their seasoning varieties, but this one is by far my favourite. I have been buying it for well over 2 years now and just put in an order for another 10. I seriously recommend it. It's YUMMY!

I decided to buy it in-person at an actual store. I used the Deliciou store locator to track down the product at two local Whole Foods stores.
I went to one store. Couldn’t find the products. Pulled it up on the Whole Foods site. Except Whole Foods claimed it wasn’t at that store.
I went to the second Whole Foods store that Deliciou claims to be stocked in. Nope. Same story. The Whole Foods app says this product is not at this store.
Now that I’m reading reviews here I’m so glad I didn’t go ahead and just order it. Missing orders, covered up expiration dates, non existent customer support, and claims that it tastes terrible.
There is no service
There is no service! Product ordered 3 weeks ago still hasn’t been dispatched. Upon asking about it, two different weeks, I get the same,word for word, reply. Having problems that will be sorted next week.
Not good enough! Why take orders if you can’t service them?
I am assuming I got an automated reply because there are so many complaints.

Ordered on March 1, 2024. Gave it a week for it to ship and it didn't. Sent email to find out the status and got the response that they were having a fulfilment challenge and that they expect it to deliver the following week. I sent 2 emails at the start of the next week and didn't get a response for almost 48 hours. My second of those was to ask if I should cancel and request a refund. The respond was that they essentially not sure when they could fill the order and said they would cancel and refund the order. Prior to that, I called my bank and disputed the charge and the reason why. I feel sorry for this start up company; it will continue to fail due to quality and customer service.
How old is this stuff?
As others are saying, spices are old, and have stickers over the original best use by dates. The dates on the stickers are also out of date. How old is this stuff? Luckily I paid by Paypal, as Deliciou will not reply to my questions unless they are sent by Paypal. And, surprise!, the reviews on Deliciou are fake. I didn't notice that you cannot actually write your own review there. (Oh, and they did not actually ship the items to me until I lodged a complaint with Paypal.)
They sell old products and redate them.
I bought three bottles and the Plant-Based chicken. One bottle for me and the rest as a gift. I mailed the gifts. I look my bottle over the Best before date is 2/24 (it's a sticker) so I peel it off and it's stamped Best before 9/23 - I ordered it on 18/23 . They sell old outdated and put a new date for two months. NEVER AGAIN will I buy deliciou .
The Seasonings were outdated on arrival
The Seasonings had passed the Best Before dates before arrival. The original Best Before was in 2022, but they had new 2023 Best Before stickers on top of the old expiration dates.
Ironically, the new dates had also already passed.
I asked for a refund, and after the second email they refunded me the price of the products (excluding the shipping + taxes).
This was ok, since I had also ordered the plant-based chicken, which had a Best Before date in 2024, so it was as expected.
The customer service was friendly and good all in all, even though the first time they tried to convince me to still use the outdated goods, so they didn't send them by mistake. Although it is true that spices and herbs are usually safe to consume after the Best Before date, I would argue that customers expect to get items with a fairly long Expiry or Best Before date.
Unfortunately I can't recommend the products, but I do appreciate the refund.
Hopefully they will get a fresh batch to sell, and this was just a temporary glitch.

Best before dates have been taped over with new dates. Doesn't really help tho if previous Best Before was 2022 and now after adding a sticker its June 2023 and I received the item now in June of 2023. Utter garbage. Would rate as a scam at this point.
