Scam! They sell “best before” products. So I received My products the 28th of May and the best before date lies in the past. I send deliciou an email and they responded that the goods are still good for 6-12 months. See also the email conversation:

Alexander, The date is Best Before and not Expiry. We have done thorough testing of the products and they are still as good as new and can last another 6-12 months at least before the taste is reduced.

I’ve sadly had the same experience as others- ordered at the end of April, £28 removed from bank. No update or information on shipping, contacted them this week to be told the item is out of stock and refunded- 17 days later and initiated by me. Really disappointing, they need a complete overhaul of their system!

Appears to be a pattern. Placed an order, got a confirmation message. Order did not get sent, have not received any replies from customer support. Not even a refund. If products are out of stock, mark them as such on your site and stop taking people's money. Knowingly doing that constitutes fraud.

They used to be pretty good but now i have no other choise than report this, i've placed an order on Apr 22 and so far no news from them, they don't even respond to e-mails, what happened..

Shocking customer service. Placed order paid nearly £28 got a confirmation email of order and that was it. Never heard from them again I’ve messaged on chat, emailed them and I’m still without my order. Complete waste of time. Don’t bother 😡😡😡😡

Placed an order mid March, no updates received so I chased on the 30th, finally received a response today to advise me that they are out of the bacon seasoning, how can a company who only sell bacon seasoning be out of bacon seasoning. The EU website is still active and makes it appears items are in stock when it appears they are winding down their EU operations. If this is the case it would be easier to shut down the EU website or at least update the products to out of stock.

Used to be great - but this time around my experience ordering was a nightmare. Placed an order well over a month ago that was never shipped, and for which I never received any information about delays until I followed up several times with their support and the order ended up refunded due to products being out-of-stock yet still shown in stock on the site. The EU site also doesn't stock nearly as many products as the regular site.

I am also unable to place a similar order on the non-EU site as it doesn't ship to EU, so I'm stuck like this.

Order placed on February 27th and still not received. They are not replying to my e-mails.
I understand that there may be delays in shipping but having no news I think I have lost the money.

Good flavour and texture - I am a fan of fake meat - this didn't bind too well and I think tapioca or potato starch would help - for vegetarians even an egg would help. Great potential!

I payed by Visa upon ordering and they charged me again when I went to pick up my package. $100 for 3 bacon spice containers? They better be awesome!!!! TOTAL RIPOFF

Deliciou isn't for everyone. I've found that some of the flavours aren't close enough for me, though some of them are amazing and it's why I'll keep coming back.

My seasoning tier list:
1. Nacho Cheese Powder (works great to make yummy cheese sauce)
2. Taco Seasoning (doesn't rely on just heat like supermarket variants)
3. Bacon Seasoning (add it into mash or something like that, it's definitely herby but isn't 1:1 with actual bacon)

The rest of the bacon variants I would skip, personally because some of the taste is a bit weird (and you could do it yourself with just the normal bacon seasoning).

In regard to plant meals, the crumbles they sell have tasted amazing to me and are super convenient in their packaging. The chicken I tried once tasted kind of weird, so it isn't a hit for me personally (maybe I needed to do more with it, I had it plain).

Their support is top tier, if there's an issue with quality, e.g. bad dates, or powder going stale, they'll replace it, reach out.

I know quite a few reviews 1 star after trying a single seasoning, it's expensive to try most of them but there really are some gems.

Received four bottles of spices that all expire in two to three months, they unloaded their old products on me

Their "chicken" is amazing. Not only do I love it, but I have a 17 year old dog that I let eat anything, because she wont eat anything! I give her steak, chicken, pork, sweets and she sometimes eats something. But when I gave her some of this "chicken" she went nuts! If she knew what it was made out of, she would turn her nose up! Thank you for helping keep her alive!

We love these seasonings! No artificial taste, and very fresh. Definitely lifetime customers!

I have been using the ranch seasoning on everything since I opened it!!! I highly recommend, used on salads, avocado, chickun nuggets, potato, homemade vegan salad dressings, popcorn.... I will def be buying more!!!

The bacon flavored spices are perfect on any favorite food when watching calories. From hot, smoky or cheesy they’re all great. Tried the dried packaged bolognese sauce mix and it great!!

All the products we received are expiring in ONE MONTH. One of them was expired since September 2021!!!

I have tried numerous seasonings from Deliciou and absolutely love them! The BBQ Bacon, Sriracha, and Taco flavors are exceptional - AND they all have a very low sodium content, which is a plus. II have placed several orders for friends and family who are vegetarian and they can't say enough about the wonderful taste! Fulfilling and shipping orders is quick. Customer service is great! Keeping this company in my back pocket.

Notice a trend? An army of reviews of people either doing 1 review ever, or having several but they're all tied to the product or bought in by companies. It's the same with the reviews on their own website, as well as the sponsored facebook ad now running for half a year, with a gazillion raving comments by, often, fake accounts. Google real reviews of the product, or read the ones by *Actual* users in here. Both false advertising, and they run it all year as if there's a promotion and it's up for a cheaper price for a short while - Both red flags.
