Ordered flowers and a balloon to be delivered on the 1st Sept for my aunties birthday. They were delivered to her on the 2nd Sept. I emailed them to complain and they said the dates that you can chose is a guide and they cannot guarantee a certain delivery date. What's the point in being able to choose a delivery date when they won't deliver on the day that you've picked. Fuming

Flowers were beautiful and identical to pictures online. Arriving in pristine condition. Very happy with this purchase 😊

Was sceptical on reading reviews after I had ordered, but pleased to say bouquet was beautiful and recipient delighted. Ordering very easy ,great communication ,several emails updating on status of order, then delivered on time. Very good value. Will certainly use again.

Not delivered on time as advertised

Payed on Monday for delivery on Friday. Person not received them. Got a email 4 days later saying address/postcode wrong.!!! It’s a BIG circus tent!!!
Took my money quick enough. Will not order again. 😡😡

Excellent service and flowers arrived really fresh. For some reason i posted to myself as the recipient even though for the wife 🫣 would definately use the service again.

I ordered a splendor bouquet for my Aunte and Uncle due to a bereavement and also upgraded to a "large* bouquet. The flowers arrived 3 days late and we're very small in size, nothing like the description or photo. Extremely disappointing.
I emailed them in which it took a further 3 days for a reply telling me that all bouquets are inspected to a high standard and mine were as they should be!
Extremely disappointing I felt like I had sent such an inferior bouquet for such an important occasion.
Definitely won't use this company again.
I also left a review on their site but as of yet hasn't been displayed, seems only 4 stars plus are published!

Ordered on a Sunday night also being a bankholiday i expected delay, it now Thursday an still no flowers, I want them delivered to my parents work place as a surprise, but now she's finished work and off tomorrow, the company seems fine quick to take your money, its the delivery side they need to look at, there supposed to be fresh flowers

Wish I read this review site prior to ordering. I ordered on a Friday for Saturday delivery which was stated on order receipt email. They finally got delivered on a Tuesday, admitedly over Bank Holiday but this was not noted on the order. False delivery information and poor service. Irrelevant if flowers are pretty or not as they did not arrive when anticipated. Do not use

Picked a delivery date on the ‘choose delivery date’ screen only for them to still not arrive 4 days later

Very quick to respond to emails which is great but nothing they can do about late delivery’s as it’s ’just a guide’

4 days late (&still not arrived) is not the way I wanted to say happy birthday to someone.
No refund available either (paid for flowers and delivery) unless the flowers get sent back (again; still not arrived)

Easy to order, reasonably priced and efficient delivery! What more could you ask!

I ordered roses for our anniversary, these died after 2 days, then sent replacement roses & these lasted 2/3 days & died. Contacted the company having sent photos but apparently because I reported the issue after 3 days I would not be given a refund. Never had flowers perish so quickly, & then not to receive a refund is poor.

Bought these flowers for my sister in law to cheer her up
Haven’t seen the bouquet myself but my sister in law is delighted with them. Delivery by Royal Mail parcel force could have been better as the flowers weren’t delivered until 4 pm on the 2nd September and left behind a plant pot at the front of the house. Had I not tracked them my Sister in law wouldn’t have known they were there so would have been without water for 3days as it was the flowers were a bit jaded but hopefully revived with a good drink

Ordered flowers to be delivered for my sister's birthday, arrived a day late , ok royal mail delivery so out of there hands .
However I'm very disappointed with bouquet sent as supposedly a Large bouquet not many flowers in it at all.
Won't be using the company again and definitely would not recommend.

Not clear on the website that you need to allow 1-2 days for delivery compared to day required
Nothing says Happy Birthday more than the present turning up a day late 😬
