I ordered pink roses bouquet before I looked at the reviews. Stupid mistake, I know. I had real concerns about if they would arrive on time and what condition they were in.
I needn’t have worried. I was kept updated with the delivery times from Royal Mail. They arrived in a well packaged box and the roses were beautiful! Absolutely stunning. I am so pleased with them,

5 star for the flowers, beautiful 💐 I’d suggest clarifying that the delivery date isn’t an actual delivery date but a dispatch date. But flowers came the next day so pretty chuffed. Would use again.

I wish I’d read reviews before ordering. Terrible company. They allow you to choose a delivery day then fail to tell you the date isn’t guaranteed and fail to deliver on time. More than 48 hour delay, customer service rude and unhelpful. I won’t be using this company again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them.

Beautiful flowers delivered for someone special. However the delivery person left them down the side of the house with no note through the door to say it was there. I did not chase this up for 2 days due to work shifts. Thankfully she found them but were looking a bit sorry for themselves. Thankfully a good drink of water brought them back. I would buy from here again the flowers were lovely. Just the delivery let them down.

Lovely flowers, good price. But unfortunately they arrived a day late for a birthday present. So it looked like I forgot the persons birthday! However I would recommend them due to the quality of the flowers & the price. Just make sure you maybe order them earlier so they get there on time.

Ordered my wife some flowers to be delivered on our anniversary only for them not to show up on the selected date! It has in fact been 2 days since and still nothing has turned up! Emailed customer service only to be informed that it is a target date not a guarantee, well what is the point in that, an online florist that cant deliver for when you need them! I'm now £25 down with no flowers in sight and in the dog house with the wife! Save your money and go elsewhere

Had a few problems with my order due to delivery it does not tell you that the date is not the date you get your order website needed to be up dated did get order a last and it was OK but before this it was a 1

I ordered flower for my close friend as she list her sister.Although I asked to leave the flowers as the door they keep delivering and taking back the flowers!Its a joke!Still she hasnt got the flowers and now they want me to give them a review, review for what?They need to refund my money including the delivery charge!

Everything was perfect. The flowers beautiful. Ordering and paying for them was easy. One thing let the experience down. I paid £5 for next day delivery however the express delivery took 2 days instead of one

Delightful Flora are anything but delightful. Like many others here I ordered the large version of the Splendor bouquet and what arrived looked nothing like the photo. Nothing. The recipients were very diplomatic and said they were lovely but they were definitely not, and they weren’t delivered on the guaranteed date either. Trying to get through to them by phone is virtually impossible. I was 80th in the queue! I wonder why?

If you’re thinking of sending flowers there is another big company which I’m probably not allowed to name but their letterbox flowers are superb. Delightful Flora are cheats.

Mixed feelings from me.
They use Royal Mail 24 and I’d ordered at 9am - Royal Mail received then in the evening so they were never going to be here for the following day as advertised and box I ticked. The reply was meh to be honest.
The flowers did arrive when we were out (missed my wife’s birthday) and had run out of water but were ok. Not a huge bunch but good enough and well packaged.
Not really sure if I’d use them again especially for a date specific option - also Royal Mail never deliver in the slot they say so I guess it’s a match made in heaven…
