Aldrin The best person to talk to you, if you need a holiday goes above and beyond top man

After a rocky few days we got there in end and Alvin sorted the holiday out for me and my fiancee now my fiancee will have a good holiday In benidorm for his bday thankyou guys

Aldrin is an amazing rep, explains all in detail. Very quickly, to resolve issues. Never a problem to help, in anyway he can. Just amazing at his job, and gives his upper most attention at all times. I personally recommend Aldrin, to a more senior position in company. Fabulous guy.

I purchased a voucher for holiday, which was redeemed via Delightholidays. In a process I had to call the customer support few times, which could have been avoided if the confirmation phone call and confirmation email were send to me on time. However each person I spoke with was very helpful and polite. Mainly Lee and Aldrin. Lee helped me with choosing the right holiday and Aldrin supported with the flight check in, both were extremely helpful.

Lee the manger was very helpful in arranging my holiday to make sure I got the best value for my money. He understood I had a tight budget so he helped me get the best deal and value for my money.

I booked a 2 night trip to Amsterdam through wowcher. On the voucher it say you are guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours in the country however I was only given 32 hours in the country with a 5 hour stopover each way. I told them straight away that I wanted a refund and they told me the wowcher team will give me a call back. It has been 2 weeks of me calling daily being told I will get a call but never receiving a single call. They have £1380 of mine which they are refusing to refund or even speak to me about. Terrible customer service from both Wowcher and Delight Holidays!

How do these companies stay in business, oh yes they are a merchant for Wowcher (Delight/Plenty holidays).

Wowcher advertise a deal you pay wowcher, the deal amazing gets redeemed (not by me) and then the holiday is not available as described.
No call back getting sent round in circles
They staff are based at call centre in India, although when you ask them they say Romford.

They have £538 of my money and I want it back

poor customer service, beginning itself the email was sent to me addressed as someone else, when arrived at the destination at 2am no transfer shuttle was there, the website given to check the booking couldn't recognise the number. No contact numbers provided were working including the emergency contact. on contacting DLH was informed they will look into it and confirm the next day at 9am waited till 17.00 to email again to get a reply saying return shuttle is activated no other info. I had to speak to a driver who came to drop others at the hotel entrance to get the correct website to check the transfer confirmation. On emailing the support service with complaint no response or acknowledgement received.

Booked a 4 night break to Bucharest with Aldrin at delight holidays,he was very helpful, polite and extremely informative, it was so easy and an absolute pleasure speaking to him, I can recommend that anyone looking to book a short break away will not do much better than this company

Excellent customer service from Joseph at Delight Holidays. Nothing was too much trouble. Very polite and helpful. Made sure I was happy with what I had booked and gave great advice on separate transfers. Joseph even called me back to explain payments from my bank. Definitely no hidden surprises. Thank you Joseph, you made the experience really easy.

Aldrin was amazing. So helpful and even when we had booked and wanted to make an adjustment he was very supportive. Have already recommended him, and the company to a friend who has already booked.

Aldren from delight holidays has been a great help for me to book my holiday to Kraków went through everything as good as possible even rang back up to tell me he had got me a upgraded room in my hotel I would 100% recommend this company and I would definitely ask for Aldren to help you complete your booking

Joseph was helping me with booking my holiday today. He was absolutely brilliant, nice, funny and very professional. Joseph was very helpful and used his expertise to advise me as it’s my first time booking holidays. Joseph has put my mind at ease and I can’t wait to speak to him again.
