A great service, my items left behind were picked up promptly, and delivered in good order, would highly recommend using this company again.

I left my coat with bus pass and keys in the pockets after security checks in the (relatively) small airport of Chania, Crete on Oct 23rd and eventually found the Deliverback site, contacted and paid €20. Since then nothing despite an email asking for info. I live in hope.

I will be happy to come back here with a lovely 5-star when I get a response, and my item is returned! Unfortunately, I left my iPad at security at the Athens airport on September 24. it took me some time to track it down, but airport has verified that they have it about one month ago. I received acknowledgment of my request right away, but have received no indication that any action has been taken. Fingers crossed for the success that was promised!

Everybody from the Team of Deliverback answer my questions and was really interested to help me.
I lost my backpack at 22.09.24. I spoke about two weeks with the Airport Police. 14.10.24 I got your Adresse and Step by Step your team tried to send my Backpacker backpack to Germany. Yesterday UPS bring me the luggage. Ihm so happy, thank you so much!

They were easy, extremely fast and great communication. It took ONLY 2 days to get my ipad from Athens to the USA. I was shocked! Looking forward to never lose anything ever again haha but I did i wish Deliverback was everywhere!

Deliverback has done absolutely nothing to help me retrieve my package, that’s been at Santorini Airport lost and found for almost three weeks. All I continue getting are repeated auto emails asking me for info that I repeatedly have provided. I paid for Deliverback’s support as well as my own DHL label. All I need is the assistance I paid for to get my package delivered. Am beyond angry and frustrated with this lack of service.

I recently required the services of 'Deliverback' in order to retrieve a package of clothing from our hotel room in Athens. The procedure was easy to follow and tracking its progress was much appreciated. I received my package via DHL in less than 1 week, from Athens to St Catharines, Ontario!

After losing a phone in Crete which was then found by tui when we returned home, we used deliver back to return the phone to us. However after providing payment and all the information they required they collected the wrong phone from the wrong location. We now have someone else’s phone! Despite numerous emails and assurance they would look into it they are now ignoring our emails.

Should be an option for 0 stars. Received email to say item found so paid postage. After numerous emails turned out item hadn't actually been found and was told I would receive a refund of the postage. Despite numerous emails this has never happen and now emails are being ignored. Update - 4 days after my review they refunded my postage, coincidence?

While the process did take a few weeks my item was safely returned which I was very grateful for!

A missunderstanding to bring a parcel from a hotel to another; but worth waiting så after 6 weeks i received my forgotten clothes in Greece to Norway.

Our package was delivered in perfect condition within a very reasonable time from Prague, Czech Republic to US. Wonderful to work with these people.

This company is a scam, I have lost an iPad at Mykonos airport more than three weeks ago, I was instructed by the police to use deliverback to get it sent back to me, I followed all the instructions, went online paid for the return, gave the proof the item was with the police and nothing is happening, nobody ever picks up the phone and all my desperate emails are left unanswered.

My suitcase was left on the road outside a very busy Athens Air Terminal. It contained a valuable laptop and I thought I would never see it again. Deliverback guided me on what action to take, and miraculously, my suitcase was recovered. They kept me informed and the suitcase was safely delivered back to me two thousand miles away in the UK.

Company was very responsive. Answered all my questions. My items I left at the airport were returned within two weeks of me reporting them missing. Company kept good communication of the status of my items.

Very bad costumerservice. I lost my jacket in Kos airport and booked Deliverback to collect the jacket at laos and found and ship it back to me. Now 2 weeks after i still havent heard anything from them. I have called and written mails uppon mails to them and never gotten a respons. non of my calles gets picked up. i would not reccomend this company to anyone!!
