We are a small online business and use APC for our couriered items. Our local franchise is very good, and we have shipped many thousands of items around the country through the network over the years. By contrast, Delivered.net in Portsmouth have the APC franchise there and have recently cost us £620 through the most incompetent performance I have seen from a courier over that time. They seem to be understaffed; they're certainly chaotic and unhelpful, with no sense of customer service. I hope APC find another partner for the area ASAP.

Delivered to the wrong door number

Driver stole a pair of earbuds (rrp £110) from inside the front door. When i contacted the company i was told i wasnt the only complaint that week. Driver was fired but they didnt want to replace the earbuds.

Undelivered would be a better name for this awful business.
The parcel I had paid nearly £20 for a next day delivery had made it to the depot, but after that the tracking had not updated.
I made 4 phone calls to the depot from 9:30am to 4pm trying to locate my delivery. Each time I was told that they think the driver had it but had not scanned it, they had tried to contact him but had not heard from him.
At 5pm I had a phone call to tell me my parcel was there at the depot but they did not have anyone available to deliver it.
As it was an important delivery of tools for my business (hence paying for the next day delivery) I had no choice but to make a 1 hour round trip to the depot to collect it.
When I got to the depot I was met with verbal abuse from one of the warehouse staff, and the person I had spoken to on the phone was nowhere to be found.
After being made to wait outside in the cold for 10 to 15 minutes, my parcel was bought out to me.
As I was leaving, I called the depot again to express my dissatisfaction, and to complain about the verbal abuse. I was told that I would have to call back and speak to the depot manager, no offer of having the depot manager call me and I have not heard from them since.
I didn't call the depot as I feel that I had wasted enough time calling them and it should be them calling me to put things right.
I have since tried contacting APC directly to escalate my complaint, but there is no way of getting through to them as the phone system just directs you back to the local depot.
I also spoke to Delivered head office to try and speak to the operations manager or someone senior enough to deal with my complaint, but again, they are uncontactable, I was only offered a generic email to write to and was told that someone would read the email and forward it to the right person, I doubt very much that if I bothered to write anything, I would get a response given the way I have been treated so far.

I strongly recommend to anyone not to use APC Overnight or any of their franchised depots as they are totally unprofessional and incompetent.

By far the worst courier I had to deal with. Provided instructions on how to access the building and even provided my phone number to contact me when attempting the delivery. Apparently, as per their customer support, it's up to the driver to decide if he feels like calling their customer, even though he couldn't follow simple instructions on how to press 5 numbers to unlock the door. If you have the option to drive 50 miles to collect an item or get it delivered with APC overnight, choose the former, at least you'll get your item because all you'll get from this service in the end is an email saying "Sorry for any inconvenience" and you'll have to arrange another delivery with another courier.

2 - 3 day delivery time promised. Now day 5 and parcel not delivered. No communication from the business about the delay. Daughter's birthday ruined!
