Sent wrong order. I've contacted 3 times now and no refund for an order over €60 euros! They ruined my daughter's birthday. I sent them photo evidence and each time they say they'll get back within 48 hours but never do. Thieves and fraud. Unacceptable behavior.

When it works it is extortionate cost.
When it doesn't work I would call them thieves.
I pay for a service, you don't deliver that service, then expect me to be happy about only getting half my money back.
An hour after ordering, I am delivered part of my order, which was inedible.
I then spent an hour disagreeing with customer services as they offered me between 10% and 50% of my money back. And still wanted me to pay delivery! Zero attempt to rectify the situation - no attempt to deliver some food. And I am out of pocket, down 2 hours of my time and my family are still hungry and have not had dinner.
I cannot express how ridiculous I find it that anyone would see this as reasonable!
I will not use this service again!

Never had a problem with them before, until they scammed me. I placed an order then got a pop up in the app saying “add another order within 10 minutes for free delivery.” I added a second order but didn’t realize till after the delivery fee was still charged! I contacted them and they asked for proof that such offer existed. I couldn’t show them since it only was on the screen for 10 minutes (or potentially only till I placed the second order). They refused to refund me the delivery fee. How can a company not realize what promotions they’re offering???
Will be using a different delivery service from now on.
No refund received for items out of stock
I bought groceries from the app with my meal card and on two occasions some items were out of stock. You get charged immediately only to find out later that items are out of stock, by that time you have been charged already. They send an email that a refund has been processed (to wait 5-10 business days) but the refund is never credited back. They send multiple emails that they are investigating but that’s about it, nothing gets done. Will not be buying from them again.
What a joke of a company!
I ordered McDonalds and it came in a bag so soggy it ripped open when I touched it, dropping my food onto the floor. After contacting Deliveroo I get to hear I'm not getting a "compensation"... I don't want a compensation I want a full refund of my money, NEVER go here to get your food!

By far the worst useless app for such a service. You get your food way late and cold, how on earth do you allow 6km distances to be delivered by a bike and expect the food to be still warm. Terrible app
Over two hour delay
Order accepted at 22:07 with estimated delivery time of 20-30 min. Then over then next 90 min they kept delaying the time by 5 min. Then finally cancelled by deliveroo at 23:50. My child and I went to bed hungry because of Deliveroo's poor service. I suggest using a different delivery option in Antwerp. They do not have enough riders to offer this service. The restaurants are being let down as well.

Deliveroo is the worst food deliverer ever. You order food and they don’t show up, claiming afterwards that they’ve delivered your food.
Riders don’t take their phone calls, neither reply to messages.
When you contact their robot customer service they try to ease you with pre-written texts claiming they can’t help you and giving full credit to their riders while at it.
I just paid 20 Euro and didn’t receive any food.
After being a reliable customer for 6 years, I came to the point of deleting the app and never looking back again.

deliveroo system has big problem and very unrespectful attitude to customer. I ordered lunch this morning and the system showed it will be delivered between 11:30 and 12:00. what I expected is to get a call. However, I didn't receive call nor lunch until 12:30. When I checked in the system, which showed the order is delivered at 11:44. I was shocked...... I contacted customer service, who told me, the rider tried all 8 steps to contact me but failed. Therefore, deliveroo cannot refund me. My question is very simple, where is my lunch? Customer service cannot answer. My question to deliveroo management is: how can you consider the above situation as "delivered" by default, without any contact with your customer? I leave my mobile phone and email address, no responses or contact evidence there. Based on the above experiences, I will try my best to promote deliveroo as the "worst delivery service" and "worst respect to customers". I will never try deliveroo again.

The discount codes they send via email often not possible to use. I usually apply it asap I get the email so no chance that limit of people was already reached. The same situation happened today - I am pissed :)) Really no wish to order there when they think that people are brainless. Choose uber eats better.
