Abhorrent service from their customer service/complaints department.

Was given a pizza that was incorrectly made by their Southampton store. Literally could have killed someone but luckily they didn't eat any.

I called the store and to their credit, they promised to make it right and still managed to screw it up the second time.

Contacted complaints and the main office and let me tell you that if you ever have the misfortune of dealing with elynor or richard, then book a spa day after.. you'll need it after dealing with their incompetence... Told directly and clearly with no way to miscommunicate that I wanted a refund. Instead, they've decided to add twelve slices to my account. Slices that have a value of £100... They clearly think people are as stupid as they are... if we can only get a pizza with it worth £12 then it ain't worth £100. Argumentative when challenged on this point and still refused a refund.

Now ive gone to the bank for a chargeback. And. Actually will be seeking further advice about their practices. Or should I say malpractices.... disgusting services. Basic daylight robbery. At best incompetence, at worst a blatant disregard for human life.

Congratulations richard and elynor on being so bad at customer service you've made the whole company look like they're OK with mistakes that could kill.

I was shocked when a Pizza Hut delivery driver hit my brand new car and then fled the scene. When I managed to catch up with him, he became aggressive and even exposed himself. This is completely unacceptable behavior. It’s appalling that Pizza Hut employs such disrespectful and unprofessional staff to represent their company.

Ordered the New Yorker margarita pizza for £23.99 which promised lots of mozzarella. What turned up was brown, bland, cheeseless and tasteless. For the first time ever I binned it. I contacted customer services who refuse point blank to refund me. Instead offering first a £25 voucher then a £30 voucher. I explained repeatedly I do not want vouchers. I want my £23.99 refunded. Had Pizza Hut dealt with my complaint correctly they would have kept me as a customer. I have eaten in their restaurants and online, the former for over 30 years) but they have lost my custom now. Wish I could upload photos to show what I paid for and what I actually got.

pizza hut on St. Budeaux (PLYMOUTH, DEVON ) is the worst pizzeria in Plymouth, very little cheese, tomato sauce like water, the pizza is wet and tasteless, and it was cold, the worst money spent, I do not recommend it at all

Unfortunately I’m housebound due to illness for now. So, after a rough day of treatment left me too shaky to cook I thought I’d treat myself to a Pizza Hut pizza delivered by deliveroo.
The delivery was great. Prompt, well organised, precise tracking system, helpful driver.
But… the first of the two pizzas I ordered was frankly vile. The topping had no real flavour and what there was bore no relationship to the description or appearance. The base was covered in what seemed to be cereal grit, barely cooked and had an unpleasant doughy texture and flavour.
It was so bad it was difficult to imagine it was accidental, it must take real effort and skill to produce something so revolting!
Needless to say, I only ate a bit of the first one and disposed of the second revolting floppy disc of excrement in the most appropriate way, I posted it into a dog poo bin.
Come on Pizza Hut I know you can do better, easily, if fact I don’t think you could do worse!
So, my advice to potential customers, give a miss. In fact run a mile!

Went for a meal one night, ordered pizza and sides. While eating the pizza ended up with long hair in my mouth!! Not long after that saw a rat run past the window which put me off my food. Pizza Hut have lost me and my partner as customers.

We went to Stratford on a persons birthday and were really glad, the manager Jake really made sure that we enjoyed our time and whenever we can go that way again - we would definately go back. He asked people what they would like on buffet when more pizzas needing going in (out of ones they offer on buffet) and lots of cheesy garlic bread (my wifes favourite!). Lovely chap and place.

Ordered pizza tonight, it was so disappointing , really bland considering I had pepperoni, mushroom,peppers and red onion, the base of sourdough was just manufactured and definitely not freshly rolled, sad to say this but I’ve had better frozen pizza, really put me off ordering pizza, just glad it was 50% off deal.

Order Pizza online from 90 Melton Rd, Leicester LE4 5EB, pizza arrive after 90 minutes, Was on phone for more then 1 hour no one answer, Got in touch with customer service on twitter, found that restaurant told them they served me ice cream and drink which is full lie, Most disgusting service i have ever received.
Advice to everyone stay away from Pizzahut you will be wasting your money

If I could leave no stars I would, pizzas have turned up cold and undercooked multiple times, see from someone else's review about dips, ordered dips and never received, if you ask for extra topping you get less off that topping the place is an absolute joke

Ordered 4 large pizzas yesterday, delivered.
What can I say, absolutely terrible, no taste whatsoever, couldn't taste any tomato sauce base or cheese, for over £60 it was an absolute disgrace!

Asked for one gluten free pizza £21.98 but £6.99 on collection never again total rip off.

I recently visited the Pizza Hut restaurant, market st, Bracknell earlier this afternoon with my sister, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. As soon as we entered, we noticed that the restaurant was mostly empty, with only a few customers seated. We chose a table slightly away from the entrance and counter area. However, just as we were about to sit down, a staff member approached us and rudely told us not to sit there.

He claimed that another staff member had been waving at us to indicate the table was unavailable, but we hadn’t seen him. He then stated, “Now he is mad at you,” while another man gave us a rude look. The explanation given was that the table hadn’t been sanitized after the previous customer left, although the seat looked just as clean as the other empty seats, with nothing visibly dirty. We assured him that we didn’t mind, but he didn’t listen and continued speaking to us in a condescending manner, questioning whether it was our first time at the restaurant and if we had eaten there before. His tone and attitude were far from friendly or professional.

Feeling unwelcome and insulted, we decided to leave. Neither of the staff members made any attempt to clarify the situation or address our concerns; instead, they simply watched us leave and then returned to the kitchen as soon as we stepped outside.

This experience was deeply disappointing and left us feeling disrespected. We still can't understand why the staff behaved this way. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, and that future customers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve, regardless of their appearance or any other factors.

Appalling!! Waited 45mins more than ETA, then after a mountain of communication no pizza, repeated calls and it arrived! The pizza and garlic bread was drenched in what appeared to be garlic sauce, it tasted horrendous and it was inedible 🤮 be warned this is not a pizza you want to order xx

Been using Pizza Hut for quite a few years but now the website is dog slow, almost grinds to a halt on some page refreshes, especially the payment app. They've got rid of DealBot too, that little chappy was actually WORTH having, now it's full price or nowt. Sorry to say I won't be back, £34 for a large stuffed crust with chicken strip side is WAY TOO MUCH. You are driving customers away, do you not understand that? Apparently not!

Cold and soggy pizza delivered late

We ordered two pizzas from
Bracknell branch dated 14/08/24. There were hardly any toppings on the pizza. The Pizza Hut delivery house is worst in Bracknell. This has happened second time and when reported the Asian chap was extremely unhelpful. Very disappointed and will never order again from Pizza Hut delivery shop in Bracknell.

I ordered a pizza on the 08/08/2024 from the Caterham branch, my order was cancelled on the app and I was told to call the branch to order directly. I called and no answer. Now they still took the money and 7 days later, I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times no answer. It now says that the number doesn’t exist. I have contacted customer services and again still no refund.
I have contacted my bank but they’re asking for an authorisation code from the store. Simply appalling, I’m at my wits end. Never again.

One star for delivery
It's been quite a few years since I've ordered from Pizza Hut and I was shocked when I looked in the box. Mega Meaty it certainly was not. Pepperoni which was very scant is the best description. Never again.
Sticking with Domino's. I'm in Belfast by the way.

Ordered pizza, salad and ice cream from Barkingside. Took half an hour to order as the website kept freezing and crashing. I eventually got an email to say the order had been delivered. It hadn't and I had to go out into the street to look for it!hen it! The pizza was ok but they had sent the wrong Ice cream and it was completely liquid. I rang the branch to complain and they said it's a hot day so the ice cream would melt. Not at all interested in my problem. When I said I would write a review reporting this I was told to go ahead and they put the phone down
