Customer service is horrendous
Customer service is horrendous. No proper refund process in place for when items are out if stock and only part of order is delivered- waiting for paypal to sort. Don't get updates on your order and most shops on the app don't stock the products they have on their store front on the app so end up receiving several calls from them.

Overall very friendly and polite. Had a bit of an issue getting a driver but it is Friday afternoon. And the driver was also very friendly and gentlemanly. And delivery drop fair play they rang me with the update for the driver when the drop time extended. Very good service over all
