Ordered from delivery drop today at 10.30 an the order kept getting pushed back until 4.00pm then got cancelled I waited in all day and had things there do I msg customer support a number of times with no response they still took my money and I'm still waiting for a response to when I'll get it back. this as got to be the worst customer service I've ever dealt with will not be using delivery drop ever again steer clear!!!

I understand our team have reached out to yourself. In cases like yours the delivery is managed by the store themselves. We encourage retailers to deliver within the specified time. We have spoken to the store in question and they have assured timely deliveries in future. Payment are pre-authorised at checkout, but on a cancellation returned back to your bank.

Scana/ Bob as he said his name was . Was super friendly and great communication. However still no refund for £8.99 ales they didn’t deliver due to no stock and been over a week .

My order took over 3 hours to arrive
My order took over 3 hours to arrive. My 2 bags of shopping, turned into just 1 bag. The 99p bag ( £7.50 value), contained just 3 items...bread, milk, and 1/2 doz small eggs), and a Birds trifle mix, costing £2.19 in a soggy, stained box, went out of date in August 2023! Shocking, couldn't care less attitude from Premier store manager.
