5star “The Local” Bacup
A little hiccup with the delivery,however the female member of staff was very apologetic and accommodating and was satisfied with explanation. Have used this particular store on numerous occasions and never a problem. Nice friendly staff. The home made samosas are a must with a beer!🍺

Delivery drop
On Monday the 22nd of July at 2108 I ordered a delivery,I kept looking for the delivery out of the window,then at 2128 I got a notification saying my food had been delivered which was impossible as nobody came to my house I checked my doorbell camera and nobody had come I tried getting in touch with live chat but no answer,but a lady called me to say I would be refunded the next day and now I find out they have took my money, I am furious with this shoddy service !

Placed an order last Saturday at midday for a store at Fixby. Delivery time kept getting extended until 9pm on the Sunday!!
Tried again today, kept getting extended for an hour before being cancelled.
The shop ignores the phone and ignores messages left on the answering service. Delivery Drop phone just rings & rings.
Made a complaint on live chat and was telephoned by 'The back office'. Was told that the shop would call to explain/apologise. Nothing received and it was the same with the gesture of goodwill.
Live Chat now receives no response.
Informed my bank who said they will recover outstanding monies taken and they will investigate as they think this could be a scam.
Even if it isn't, it's a complete waste of time & effort attempting to order through this company.

Supplier of Delivery Drop, not paid us an invoice that is nearly two years overdue leaving a small business over £3,000 out of pocket.

Less than useless app
Placed first order was ti e was pushed back 3 times when I finally rang shop was to.d order was cancelled as they were not doing orders from this app emailed customer service who called next day was told all sorted now and to re order I did and again order cancelled this time saying item out of stock went into store and items in question were there on the shelf again messaged again got call back apologising and offering a free delivery code for March still waiting for this days after will never be using this app again

First time in using the app thought I would give it a trial run
App straight forward to use availability from store was good
Placed order with a time frame of 20-30 mins delivery
Delivery arrived 1 hour 49 mins later which was disappointing no call to say was going to be late .
Good job I wasn’t desperate for items .
Understand this a new service our local store offers but quicker to walk there and collect myself .
