Missing products? No refund.
Terrible customer service. Obviously a new amateur app. I have ordered items and few were missing, store assured me that money will be refunded by the app. I have used this app while I was at my parents, as I needed few things. Now I am in another town and customer service is telling me that the store had to provide alternative options, store and app didn't give me any option, just told me I will be refunded, they are denying a refund for missing items and telling me to go back to store and they will give me some other items for a value of the missing ones. I told them that I can't pick up items and diesel is expensive, they said it is my own expense. So I would not recommend using this app, because if they will make any error, it will be your fault and they won't be able to issue any refund and will tell you sorry that you feel that way to anything you say.

I can see you have spoken with our customer care team. Firstly I can see you opted for a collection service at no charge. You have also taken advantage of our supper offer of 50% off your order. As you have used the offer code the basket value falls below the minimum spend on items unavailable, but you have been offered a store credit or alternative items at your convenience to collect. We cannot cover customer fuel expense on collection. On delivery items we offer full re-delivery if required. The matter was also closed by your payment provider as a fair provision of service.

Excellent new user discount,but spoilt by time wasting pointless guest setting.Also both my cards failed.Contacted live chat but they after a bit went silent on me.They had my email but never got got back to me.

We can see you had a successful order delivered on 9th August 2022 with our super Spend £20 and get £15 off. Card declines are out of control as they are issued by your bank, which you were advised to contact them. The app has an option to use as a guest or you can register for an account, which I can see you have done, this is all part of App store policies.

Item gone to wrong address but it was showing right address on my app it says delivery in 15-20 minutes came after 1 hr 15 minutes even after that driver can't deliver me the items as app didn't allowed him to drop to different address showed driver on my app it was right address then have to verify that with customer service total time waste
