The ordering of goods wasn't live so they rang me with substitutions..the delivery took longer than expected and delivery fee was high. I wouldn't use again unless I had a voucher. Go puff is better value

As a independent store operator, we have over 450 stores on our platform. Every store has their own inventory and in some cases products maybe substituted by the stores. Store stocks can be up to 2000 items compared to other apps. We run deliveries throughout the city so delivery times can be up to 45 minutes in some cases.
DO NOT USE THIS APP!
Absolute joke! My first ever Order and most of my order never arrived! Was told they were out of stock and then when I finally got the chance to speak to a customer advisor they offered me £1 refund from a £20 order?! I hate naming people but JULIE the customer advisor was trying to say I get what I am given and began to lie about things! DO NOT USE THIS APP!
