Extremely slow delivery. Do not use instabox or budbee stick to postnord.

While today 99,99% of online stores offer free returns, Delooxe is not one of them!
If you want to return a product you will need to pay it out of your own pocket.
I find that to be really shady/customer un-friendly behaviour (considering the century we live in) and presonally absolutely avoid those companies. I just don’t feel safe while I shop with them and just feel like they are only after your money and have zero concerns about customers satisfaction except their own revenue.
Again it was my own fault being naive assuming that they offer fee returns.
But it would be also nice of them to be transparent and write in the heading of their web page ”No free returns” like they wrote flattering stuff such as ”Snabb leverans, över 2M nöjda kunder etc”.
So if the heading said “Snabb leverans och Inga gratis returer” etc. It would be much nicer and helpfull.

As well, if you want to return a product you have only 14 days on yourself.

If you are 100% sure in what you are buying and absolutely do not plan to return it - go for it, but if you are buying a present, maybe will do a return etc. Delooxe is a hard pass and avoid att all cost.

They sent me the wrong hairbrush and then they didn't answer my emails when I asked them to send the correct one.

I really enjoyed shoping with them.everything was good so far.no problem at all.

scam! ⚠️! I ordered some shampoo from this website in January 2024, but I never received any shipment, and I emailed their customer service and there was no response. I didn't receive a refund either. this website is piece of garbage.

I bought perfume. Sadly botle was leaking.

It arrived one day ahead of delivery date and also smells good . I happily recommend Deloox.

A christmas gift to my pretty girl and I ordered two perfumes for 1350 swedish crones which is about 150 $. I got two ROCKS. Solid rocks of different colors. I dont know if this happened on the way or if this is a scam but the disappointment is a fact. CHRISTMAS! What the hell to do now!

I ordered Ralph Lauren Polo Bleu Eau De Perfume 125 ML on discount for 969 SEK with order number 8542664 dated Nov 26, 2023 @ 18:12PM. I was really looking forward to receiving the product because I have used the eau de toilette and it was lovely and the scent stayed long. As a result, I ordered for the perfume via Deloox.se because the perfume was suppose to be more stronger in scent but to my surprise when i received the order, seem like deloox.se sold a Counterfeit perfume because you can not even smell any thing considering the perfume is Ralph Lauren Polo Bleu Eau De Perfume. The perfume I received lack depth and complexity as if an entire layer of notes had been removed

Very disappointed with the Counterfeit perfume and warning to other customers as well so that you don't get the same experience. My rating should be 0/5

I have always loved this parfum. I am so happy to finally have it with me. Super fruity and summery.

Slow delivery and since I couldn't receive the package by the time it arrived I had to pay a returning fee - which is never the case with Swedish stores. Never going to order from this or other Dutch stores again.

I am so much impressed. Deloox.se is fantastic, they have Pure quality. Shipping is crazy fast and the packaging is secure. Will be buying all my perfumes now from deloox.se

The shipment should be 1-4 days… now waiting 7 days and still Nothing

Had a small issue with my order not going through and customer service was totally on top of it and fixed rhe issue immediately. Fast delivery too!

The shopping process was smooth and easy website to navigate. Wide rage of designer perfumes available on the website.

I made an order on weekend. And then I sent them mail to change product also on weekend. It is not possible to cancel or change on their website. Then I called them on Monday at 08:30 when their customer service opens. No answer. I called over 20 times during the day. No answer.
Then they ship me product I wanted to change. And I need to pay postage to return it back.
Worst service and shopping experience. So unprofessional! Definitely not recommended!

EDIT: They will pay for return postage. At least one positive thing in this mess. Anyway, I would not order through them again. I cant believe it is not possible to cancel or change order and no chat service available.
