Ordered a pair of Gel Kayanos from this company and I’m still yet to receive valid tracking or delivery for the shoes over a week later. I have contacted their support but got a generic reply. I have then asked for a refund and they’ve ignored my email.

I agree with previous reviewers. These trainers are not of the quality associated with HOKA..they are of inferior quality materials...at least 1 if not two sizes smaller than the label says..in other words cheap chinese imitations...very clever of them to use a Birmingham address...you have been warned

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBISTE ABSOLUTE SCAM Payed £54 for a dress looked nothing like the picture ordered a dress it came size was way out material was nothing like the picture quality was absolutely awful refusing to give me a return label and saying I will only receive a 50% refund for an awful dress I do not want customer service is shocking says I only have 3 weeks to return it’s been 2 weeks and I still have not been given a return label or been told I will receive a refund

Terrible company. Item took ages to arrive; was supposed to be large but was small. Strange feel to fabric (supposedly wool) and no label. When I requested free return and refund was told I would have to pay postage back to China as no European warehouse yet! Offered 70% refund and to keep item: still waiting 3 months later

Fake shoes. Terrible customer service. Avoid.

£50 for tracksuit no correspondence no reply to emails. Have to wait 14 for no reply before bank to issue refund. Why why why do these companies still be allowed to advertise. Frikkin infuriating

Waiting patiently for a pair of hoka outlet trainers , the company are communicating with me , when I ask for updates, But after reading the reviews ( I should have come here first ) it seems I’ll be disappointed

I brought this chunky knitted cardigan but when it arrived it was nothing like the picture shows
The colour was a lot more lighter and the buttons completely different colour the material wasn’t even thick like the picture shows
Such a shame as this was supposed to have been a present for my mother
Would not buy this again

This site is a SCAM! It offers asics running shoes in sizes they don't even come in, in models no longer produced, at prices 30% to 40% below their cost when they were when last available. I almost fell for it. BEWARE.

Ordered a month ago and arrived today. Shipped from china.

I ordered some Hoka trainers - because of the other reviews here I ordered some genuine ones too so I could compare them when they arrived.

Having done that today I can confirm that they are fake. There are a few details that are not quite right but they do look pretty close to the real thing.

I have requested a refund and will update once I get a response from them.

Update - After a lot of back and forth I've been refunded and told to keep the shoes as well.

I’m an XL , jacket arrived would not fit a 10 yr old , cheap shabby crap , don’t waste your hard earned !!!!!!!!avoid at all cost , don’t do it ……

Ordered what was pictured and described as a premium leather jacket. What arrived was a very thin plastic looking jacket... definitely not premium leather. So thin that it was folded up into a 30 x 32cm packet which heavily creased this cheap plastic like garment. It also arrived marked. I emailed for a return/refund as per their return policy which states a free prepaid label and no extra return costs. Then came the excuses and offers of partial refunds or vouchers for more of their wares. When I insisted on a full refund they cease all contact. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

There’s no point in ranting, just read the reviews, the genuine ones that is and avoid this company.
I ordered a luxury cashmere jumper.
I received, a cheap / really nasty, 95% polyester and 5% Elastene duster.
The fun comes when you try to obtain a refund. Hmmm, they offered me a 35% discount, vouchers or a replacement.
I actually did eventually receive a full refund but only after I’d contacted Trading Standards, my bank and the U.K. Watchdog programme.
These guys are criminals - no other description for it.
You’ll lose your cash or waste a lot of time trying to fight these criminals to get your money back.

Absolutely scandalous!!! Ordered a pair of jogging bottoms at £35 pounds thought because they where expensive they where going to be worth it, oh was I wrong , wasn’t even the same meterial, size, shape only thing they got right was the colour, they looked like trousers that would cost £2 pounds. Wish I could put a picture of what I ordered and what arrived, totally Disappointed waited almost 1 month, and what came was completely ugly different trousers in the same colour

Sadly 0 stars isn't an option. My husband ordered the 'Romeo Men's Wool Tailored Overcoat'. It took a month to arrive and when it did I spent 5 minutes wetting myself laughing about it. It's not even remotely like the photos. It's shapeless, made out of a thin material and resembles a wartime pyjama top.
It cost £56 and I wouldn't have paid £5 for it. Total scam because the photos and pictures are not the same thing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Waited a month for delivery then came ordered tracksuit top and bottoms was 2 different colour tones so couldn’t ware together and quality of materials are shite at best stay clear don’t waste your money

Ordered the Romeo mens tailored wool coat from these scam artists the coat looks nothing like online picture ,and the quality couldn't be worse,the colour style and fit are totally crap and it took nearly a month to turn up will never order again and advise anyone else to steer clear.honestly if you saw the picture compared to what turned up you would piss yourself laughing.

This company has pretended to be from the United States. This company is actually from Sparkhill Birmingham UK real business IY Fashions. They have been reported to UK trading standards. You pay for high quality but receive cheap tack from china. I ordered a beautiful dress but it came as tacky material. I have researched, who owns IY Fashions who are pretending to be Deloxusa and have names which have been provided to UK Trading Standards.
