Van Conversion: EcoFlow Delta Pro big 3600 WHr, 300 amp hour battery, single unit easy installation, cheaper than individual components, no designing system, RV TT 30 Amp plug makes easy switching between AC shore power and 3600w AC battery/inverter, 30 Amp DC Anderson plug one supply wire to DC system fusebox, supports large solar input, Wishes: reduce standby battery drain every Watt is precious off grid, App needs to run with Bluetooth only no WiFi during off grid (not sure this is new so maybe this is possible). New only short trip so far. Trying to go all electric with everything off grid. Looking forward to getting out there

Smart generator not charging
I purchased the Eco Flo delta, smart generator along with an entire set up of the Eco Flo, delta pros and external batteries. The generator will not charge either the batteries or the Eco Flo delta pros via the smart cable. This defeats the entire purpose of the smart generator if you can’t charge DC to DC and have the equipment communicate with the generator. The equipment recognizes that it’s connected to the generator. The generator knows that it’s connected to the equipment via the icons on the screen however, no charging ever occurs. I opened up a support ticket several weeks ago and at this point all that has happened is they sent the wrong adapter to me? They were supposed to send a new power adapter for the generator and I and they ended up sending me a level two charger adapter. They claim they’re trying to get this issue resolved but weeks and weeks are going by and I am sitting here with 700 pounds of paper weights. This was supposed to be a system for Home back up in case of a hurricane and I have yet to be able to test the equipment before an event happens. If this issue get resolved, I will post an update on what happens.

Upon investigation, it appears that the issue you encountered was not due to any fault on our end. Unfortunately, Ecoflow sent you the incorrect adapter, and as an apology, they have let you keep the incorrect adapter that is used for recharging Delta Pro to EV Station and sent the correct adapter.
Regarding your other concern at which the Smart Generator recharges the unit. The setting can be configured via Ecoflow app. By default, the Smart Gas Generator automatically turns on when it detects the Delta Pro unit is at 20% or less battery level.
