Short version - Late delivery, questionable sofa storage options, damage caused to property and neighbours property with rude delivery drivers. Complained to the company and got no follow up!
Long Version - Where do I begin, first of all the sofa that I ordered wasn't ready in the allotted time frame that Delux Deco had originally and was arriving a few weeks late.
When the sofa did arrive the drivers started to unpack it I noticed it was the wrong sofa! Wrong colour and a different style! The delivery driver told me it was another customers sofa (who were in Scarborough, miles away), I was pretty taken aback that such a mistake could happen but the driver said it has happened a lot since the labelling system (from their logistics partner in China) had changed recently.
To resolve this the driver (Ian) told me that he would go to the warehouse where my ordered sofa was and return that evening in order to complete the delivery. I agreed to store another customer’s unpacked sofa in my lounge until he returned that evening with my sofa.
Later that day Ian called me to explain that he would no longer be
able to return that evening and that he would be returning the
following morning instead. I felt I had no choice to accept otherwise it would ultimately result in a further delay.
They returned the next morning and swapped the sofas around, he also told me he would have to repackage the one that wasn't mine so it still looked like it was in the box. On this visit they managed to carelessly reverse up my neighbours drive and about break about 6 paving slabs with their van, at the time he told me that they were only dislodged but this was not true, they were clearly freshly broken as I had a look after they had left. They also managed to bash a hole in my wall that had been decorated literally days before, it was on a corner so bent the beading as well. Unfortunately this wasn't spotted until after they had left.
When loading the sofa onto their van Ian was shouting instructions very loudly and aggressively to his colleague at 7:00 AM. As a result of this shouting I had two neighbours complain to me about the noise.
I called the guy up and explained everything but he didn't want to know and denied everything, he told me that I wouldn't get a penny from him and Delux Deco wouldn't want to know, then he put the phone down on me.
I appreciate that 90% of my issues stem from the delivery company (Go Yoz Logistics Ltd.) but my purchase/contract was with Delux Deco so they should be the ones to take responsibility.
I emailed all of this (along with photographs) to Delux Deco's customer service team 2 months ago! I had a reply after a couple of days to say that my complaint is being investigated and that they will get back to me after the weekend, but there has been zero follow up since then! Not a call or an email or anything, just completely forgotten/ignored. So I guess the delivery guy was right!
I will never be using this company again, I have no trust in the way they handle their goods, imagine your sofa being kept in another customers house! I didn't even sit on it as it wasn't mine but in the wrong hands anything could happen. Also the way the delivery company acted was so unprofessional and the icing on the cake was being completed ignored by 'customer services'.

I was told I would be contacted again within days and I received nothing after this, that was 2 months ago. Your message doesn't make sense, you have said that you are still investigating? (how long should this take?) Then says that I have posted a review prior to following up? You havent got back to me, I wouldnt of posted this if I had a reply and some sign that you wanted to make things right. As mentioned in my review the damages were noticed after the delivery company had left, so does that mean that they didn't happen and you are completely absolved?
As stated; my contract of sale is with Delux Deco NOT the delivery company, legally this means that the responsibility of any issues with third party companies you contract lies with you.
Nice to see that you are 'sorry to hear about my review' and not sorry for the problems I had dealing with your contractors. I hope this highlights to potential customers how you repeatedly fail to accept any accountability for the actions of the companies you choose to work with.

Its my second time buying from this company as i simply could not find comparable. The leather quality of some of their ranges are excellent and I've had one of their sofas, the Forza for quite a number this of years. I did have to have it fixed once by delux technician, but its fine now. Next time I ordered the unit Universal cinema seats and they are simply excellent, hence the review. Well recommended.
Just received my new Universal home cinema seats. All went to plan and fantastic seats that are super comfy.
Excellent service , great products and helpful friendly staff. I drove down to windsor from birmingham as i can stand ordering remotely where sofas are concerned. Although the showroom offering is not as big as i imagined the quality of product is excellent. I then decided to order a monza recliner 4 seater with all recline. After about 12 weeks it arrived after getting the promised updates and the delivery team set everything up perfectly Very pleased and comfortable. Many thanks to delux and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Great consultative customer service at the time of choosing our reclining cinema sofa arrangement. Lots to choose from so it was important to decide on the right combination. These guys helps immensely and we’re always on hand to give the right advice and respond immediately to queries. Definitely going back to Delux Deco to buy some other great furniture on offer. Delivery on time and most efficient assembly. The delivery guys got in with it and gave a good demo on workings and aftercare thereafter.
We ordered 2 different sets of sofas from this company. The service was great, they answered any contact promptly but did not inundate you with information. They delivered on time and there were no problems. The quality of the sofas is excellent and I feel that they are exceptional value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Many thanks to Deluxe and delivery team with regards my huge modular sofa delivery. I ordered this after visiting the showroom in windsor where although i could see only a modest display, this was a great selection to choose from. Colin helped me with my set up and informed me of the process throughout. I am very happy with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending this company if you want a large modular sofa at a decent price.
Excellent quality products and beautiful velvet. I took a bit of a risk ordering a camargue corner sofa in blue velvet online but it was certainly worth the wait. Could not be more pleased and happy with the end result. The delivery guys were great and set everything up for me. Great result.

We ordered a sofa Luca in January with delivery time 9-15 weeks. It was strange to accept 6 weeks gap but we were happywith the delivery in May. We asked several time to be reassured about the delivery time in May and everyting was confirmed, so we proceeded with the order. In april the order was still no shipped so we contacted the company and they told us that everything was ok, with the delivery confirmed for the 14th of May. Beginning of May we asked to inform us about the delivery to organise removing the old sofa and they told us the sofa would be delayed of 2 weeks which put us in trouble because we were expecting for guests to sleep there. Anyway we had a long conversation and the company offerd a good discount to convince us to keep the sofa, telling that was a very good sofa with high standard materials.
The day of the delivery (middle of June) the delivery company arrived and assembled the sofa. We noticed a poor quality of the material, the legs (a big round plastic legs similar to a cheap sofa bought in a superstore) and it came in 2 pieces to be joined down trhough a mechanincal metal join and free on top. the policy for the return is to keep the original package, so we asked the delivery company to keep the package for us.
After they completed to assemble the sofa (you are not allowed to open the boxes) the went away. We immediately realised that the company threw away the package instead to save them in case of return. Beyond that we also realised that the 2 pieces didnt join propertly on top with a discontinuity of 4/5 cm. We asked Deluxdeco to give us explanation and they told us to wait a week and everything would be ok. the week was already passed but we waited another week and nothing happened. The sofa had a clear fault in production due the poority of the materials.
We sent several pictures to demostrate this and we asked for the refund. The company Deluxdeco didnt admnit the defect in the sofa and refused to refund us. To be refund we had to send back the sofa in the original package and not used. The sofa was used for 2 weeks and of course we dindt have the original package because threw away from the delivery company.
We tried several times to explain deluxdeco that this is not a good product and not a good customer service, but they didnt change their position.
We would like to inform the customer that if you expect a bargain you will be disappointed. These sofas costs "discounted" as a normal sofa bought in other superstores, because the quality is the same and not better. So, is not worth it to wait for 6 months for a standard quality sold as a better quality. Avoid it!

I've had my Uforma sofa now for 6 months and couldn't be happier with it or my experience with Delux Deco. It's a very humble showroom and soft sales experience, and their prices completely belie the quality of their products. I spent many months looking for a sofa in the right price range that met my quality expectations, and would have had to spend 3x this elsewhere for the same standard of workmanship (however I still didn't see anything else that was quite as stylish and beautiful as their range).
The process was transparent and straightforward, and my sofa arrived earlier than expected (< 9weeks). However they make it very clear items are made to order in China and can take up to 15 weeks. I was prepared to wait longer and would advise anyone else it's worth the wait.
I don't expect I'll be buying another sofa for a long time, but will recommend this place to anyone looking for something that costs a little bit more than you'd spend at a retail park, for a different class of product.

I had to write although i don't normally bother because i was so impressed with the range of products at delux. I purchased Cloella corner sofa which has just been set up by their guys. They did a great job and very service orientated and i am now finally relaxing on my new sofa which is simply fabulous. Kept updated and good communication. Everybody has been very helpful through-out the whole process. Highly recommended.
Final update 23 July 2019: I really wish I was posting this final update to give more stars to this company but I am not able to do it. As our entire almost year long experience stayed exactly the same. No initiative or proactive customer service from this firm. As of one week ago, and only after having to threaten to sue with an official 'letter before court claim' we received the correct legs. This was of course after being threatened by them to never deliver the correct legs unless we took down this review! The company finally agreed to courier the third and correct set of legs and did no follow up to see if they ever arrived or to book someone to fit them. The worst part is the box wasn't very heavy or big, so the initial over six month wait for the wrong legs seems entirely inappropriate. In the end we fit them ourselves and can finally draw a line under this whole horrible experience. I suspect we will only hear from them now because of this review but if I did not post this they would have likely never contacted us again. It is shameful.

After months of waiting for you to resolve this issue our review is eminently reasonable; I only regret that we did not post it earlier. We have had to consistently chase you for responses. The reason you have not sent the correct legs is because you wish to avoid courier costs. These are LEGS not the entire sofa. Potential DeluxDeco customers should be aware that they risk being delivered the incorrect sofa, and then have to deal with your non-responsive customer for months in hope of a resolution.

We ordered the Tikz leather modular sofa from Delux Deco in August of 2018. We took delivery of the sofa in mid-December of 2018.
However, the sofa that arrived had completely different legs to the promised stainless steel ones advertised on their website. The legs we received are thin black and plastic coated which completely changes the look of the sofa. We would have never ordered this sofa with the legs we received.
On the day of delivery we notified Delux Deco, sent pictures and were told they would sort it out ASAP. We understood we might need to be patient given the upcoming Christmas holiday.
However what has happened to date is completely unacceptable. It is now mid-April of 2019 and we do not get any updates unless we chase them relentlessly. When we do, we get excuses such as all factories are closed Chinese new year, shipping dates are unknown etc.
We have been given an indicative delivery date for the legs of 'approximately mid-May' but given past experience we have little confidence that this will be met.
We asked that a manager please call us to discuss this and were once again met with no response.
If you are thinking of ordering from Delux Deco, keep in mind what you receive may not match what is shown on the website and if your experience is anything like ours you will not be able to rely on customer service to resolve your issues.

Very high quality furniture at reasonable cost, both Grahame and Colin are very helpful pre-order in sorting out the best option .... it is a decision really easy to get wrong for tons of reasons. Ian and Dom delivered and assembled the modular sofa this morning, very careful and professional in making sure all was good before they left ..... this after driving from Sheffield to Kendal first thing on a Saturday.
We have just taken delivery of our new sofa. It looks brilliant, was excellent value for money and the guys who delivered and assembled did a first class job too. We would recommend both Delux Deco and the delivery people to anyone.

I wanted to share my experience with delux deco as it was very positive overall. I purchased a large lazydays sofa after seeing it in the showroom and it’s simply an excellent product and pretty good value compared to what else we have seen around London. My wife is over the moon so i felt compelled to compliment the company for a change. The delivery guys attached all the feet and set up in my room and it took about 10 weeks just before xmas. I would throughly recommend delux deco and have had a very good experience to date.
Very good if you're praising them, shockingly confrontational and obstructive if there is a problem.
we took delivery of a 4 seater and 2 seater in December 2016. Since then a minimum of 3 call outs have been requested for the same issue, which is creaking and squeaking of the 4 seater sofa. Each time an engineer has come, confirmed the issue and fixed it. After some time the same issue resurfaces and we have repeated the process.
Recently we contacted Delux Deco to ask them to suggest a resolution as it is unreasonable to keep repeating the same process. They admitted that the issue has repeatedly arisen but have requested "proof, beyond any shadow of a doubt". Surely the fact an engineer has confirmed that there is an issue and the fact that the issue has arisen multiple times in the 2 years and 1 month since we took delivery should be sufficient? After all, it is DD who send the engineers.
They are arguing that it is because of usage, but they conveniently forget that we have constantly reminded them that it is just my wife and I who live at the property, both of us work full time and are away most weekends so usage is not the issue here. To make things more ludicrous they want proof of usage... Am I supposed to send them video footage of our living room over the past 2 years? How does one provide proof of usage?
Even if we were using the sofa's all the time, surely they should last more than the time period we have had it?
I'm awaiting a response from them but based on the tones of their previous emails I don't expect any solution or resolution, despite requesting this.
UPDATE: Their response to requesting a resolution or an engineer under their stated 5 year warranty is: "Unfortunately and after careful consideration your claim is denied"
So it looks like they won't even honour their supposed 5 year warranty....

Can you advise what form of proof you will accept? A video of the creaking?
Can you also forward the technicians report so we can verify your ludicrous claims of no fault being present ourselves? If no fault was present then what did the technician fix on 3 occassions? Why have Homeserve confirmed there were faults? We will put in a freedom of information request so you can't object to forwarding it like you did on the phone.
Can you stop falsely claiming you are regulated by the Furniture Ombudsman as claimed on a previous thread. I have spoken to them and they have confirmed that you are NOT signed with them.
