Really pleasant and helpful company. Bought the Palazzo whilst in lock down, salespeople couldn’t have been more helpful. Sofa itself is top quality and great price.

excellent customer service, delivery was on estimate with updates and sofa looks great and feels like it’s been made with high quality materials so overall very happy

After 2 months delay of delivery, we didn't know the worse was about to come:

1: Wrong and incomplete sofa set was delivered

2: The fabric was damaged due to poor packaging which left visible marks and lines

3: The whole measurements and size of the set was wrong and is not what we ordered

4: The sofas were not even proper assembled by the delivery people and one piece is missing!

5: The delivery people left all the rubbish of the packaging in the street

6: Drove off (ran away witnessed by neighbours) without getting any confirmation by us

And the company is ignoring all these problems and stress that they have caused us and they are forcing us to accept the product that we did not even order!

Couldn’t be happier with our sofa (Forza modular), service as well as store in Windsor was lovely, well worth the visit and 12 week wait!

Really happy with my cinema seats, quality feels great and looks excellent as a set of 5 seats. Worth the wait! Was a little concerned with the time period given for delivery date as it was shifted back a few days than expected but after talking to customer service and the director of the company they were able to explain why, giving a new accurate date and time which was extremely helpful, they took it very seriously. (also compensated by giving me a a care kit.) Professional service!

Fantastic sofa quality and service, the modular sofa took about 12 weeks to be delivered and would say it was definitely worth the wait overall. Although i did have trouble getting through to the company on the phone before ordering when i did they were very friendly and were able to show me the product which was luckily in their showroom at the time on FaceTime. Very helpful.

Ordered 6 cinema seats, they arrived, were put together by the company’s delivery team...etc.

Realised the plug for the cinema seats was a Europlug (flat, two pole pins) rather than the correct plug: 3 pin plug.

Directly contacted Delux Deco, explaining the issue. They acted promptly and the correct plugs were delivered the following day.

Cinema seats are a complete match to the photos on the website and quality is above expectation. Small issue but was resolved quickly.

When purchasing from Delux Deco i was hesitant, quality and efficiency were my top priorities when buying. After visiting the store in Windsor i felt more comfortable thanks to Colin. My worries dissipated soon after.

The Forza Recliner was delivered a month ago now and although delivery took 10 weeks i feel it was definitely worth the wait.

I just wanted to say that i received a Certosa Corner Sofa from Delux Deco and am very pleased with the service, start to finish. The sofa arrived 2 weeks ago as promised and on time as well, the delivery team had excellent communication and efficiency in putting together the model. From purchasing to receiving the delivery this company stands as exceptional.
