Probably the best quality socks out there, understated simple designs.
Stock could be more consistent, things take a year to get back in stock and there is no notify option so I often just forget about them.

Terrible customer service. Ordered some socks, got a note saying the customs charge was over £70. Was told not to worry, they'd send a replacement package - this was never sent, and they stopped replying to my emails. The phone number on their website isn't a real one - if you dial it, it says it's a non-existent number - and although the website claims to have a chat function, it doesn't.

I'm so sad to say that after 2-3 successful purchases and loving the socks, my last order never arrived. I sent several emails to customer support with only one reply saying it was on the way. I waited about six weeks, then in the end had to claim the money back from my credit card. I wouldn't trust using them again unfortunately.

I have ordered 7 pair of socks on the 29th of November. Money was withdrawn from my account after 2 days but i havent received my order yet and the tracking link they sent me hasn't been updated once. I have wrote to customer service but haven't got any response yet. So far not a good experience..

Update: I just received my order today. One 3 pairs were missing and overall the quality is not good at all. Finally, customer service has not responded yet. Overall I would not recommend this store.

Update again 13/12.. After sending to the customer service 2 mails regarding my order which was not delivered in full i have still not gotten any reply or refund.

The delivery was fast and the socks are perfect. Thank you.

Be wary of placing an order with this company. I ordered goods in July and as of mid-September not only do I not have the order but three follow-up emails to chase progress have been ignored. The only response I received was when I posted the issue as a comment on instagram. At that point I got an immediate reply stating “no one gets ignored” and asking for my order reference. I supplied the information same day and, guess what, I got ignored. I’ve requested a refund but no response so as things stand I have to assume they are running a scam and stealing money.

I spent £80 of six pairs of socks and when they arrived in the UK I was told there was an import charge of £120 (it should have been at the most 20% plus small admin charge) The post office said they must have given the wrong information on the paperwork Democratique socks said they didn’t.. either way I wasn’t going to pay £200 for 6 pairs of socks so I had to refuse the charge and send them back. I emailed the company to see if I would get a refund (they said I would) and I’m still waiting.. I have emailed them again but days later still no response.. I have basically thrown £80 in the bin..

Tank tops sucks - they have a huge sticker inn the neck and when you remove it there is sticky stuff andn u cat wash it off.
