OMG an absolute tragedy to see Denby go under.
Total top quality, I'm more than happy with the plates and the way they were so well packed.
And I don't mind paying for quality either, you pay for what you get.
Such a shame... now we're just stuck with cheap Chinese tat.

Product took a long time to be delivered due to stock issue. However, I was kept updated throughout. As usual, product are top quality.

I bought two beautiful blue long glasses to go with my two beautiful short blue glasses. Delivery etc all good

We love our Denby collections and enjoy adding new items when feasible as we did recently when news came out about the company’s plight, which made us concerned that we may not be able to keep adding to our collection in the future, which would be a huge loss to us and thousands of other customers.
We wanted to support this wonderful UK pottery company so ordered a few more pieces. Probably due to the huge increase in orders delivery took a while; we were kept informed by emails as to order progress and weren’t billed until order dispatch. As always, we were impressed with the service, quality of packaging and of the pieces delivered.

The items received are exactly what we ordered and in good condition. The process was slow due to the huge amount of orders currently placed. We did receive one note apologising for the delay but it would have been nice to have heard earlier that delays were occurring.

The pottery is superb. I've ordered more. Denby are doing their best at a really difficult time.

We have bought things from Denby Potteryover a number of years and all I can say is how fantastic our experience always is. We bought some products to replace things we could no longer use. Delivery was smooth and communication excellent. Iwould recommend to everyone both for the service and product.

Lovely quality mugs that I’m enjoying drinking my coffee from,highly recommend.

Delivery delayed but kept me updated at all times this company know how to run a business and treat their customers.

As ever a simply suberb product. They look great and will last for ever and are made in England. What more do you want from tablware?

My order has arrived and I appreciated the good communication explaining why there was a delay in delivery. I was keen to complete a set of blue border plates and bowls and didn't realise the ones I had ordered were green! However the style matches well and I absolutely love the colour. Such a high quality product.

Good quality products and very reasonably priced

Once my order was received, I was kept fully informed by Customer Services right through to delivery, including information relating to the order being delayed and a subsequent apology for the delay when the goods were finally shipped.
It was certainly very refreshing to be kept so diligently informed throughout the whole ordering/dispatch process.

The plates arrived completely broken (see photos). They were not packed properly. I need a refund

I'm disappointed with this delivery, this never happened in all my time with Denby before.

Took along time to arrive but I assume that’s because of the liquidation of the company as never had a problem before. Love the products, my kitchen is mainly Denny, they will be sadly missed

Wanted some extra plates and bowls to make our set complete and thankfully managed to get them, had to wait a few weeks for them but was kept informed when the delivery would be so excellent service as usual.
