I love Denby. We use the imperial blue for all our daily dishware needs. And I love that I can just hop on the site and order replacements or additional pieces. And it’s always fun seeing what new pieces they have - like pasta bowls. Shipments come right to the door within a week of ordering. Love it!

I've had Denby products for years. They might not appeal to everyone but for me there's no substitute and their products blend their way in to the tapestry of your life. Pretty bomb proof too. I'm very sorry they are experiencing the issues that they are currently. Sadly that impacted my delivery substantially, After 20 days there was no sign of dispatch or indication of when it might be. As this purchase was a gift, I had to cancel the order and purchase elsewhere. Customer services were quick to respond to the cancellation so thanks for that.

As always beautiful products wrapped with care. Slightly delayed but very worth waiting for. The items were a present for my daughter who is at least a third generation Denby fan.

Excellent service. Always extremely happy with any product purchased from Denby. Their customer service is second to none as one item arrived damaged. As good as their wond, a replacement was sent and with me within the week. Brilliant! Thank you again.

The quality of the griddle was top notch and I made some drop scones this morning for breakfast to my husband's delight!

I placed my order on April 8th. I thought everything was in order when I got a message stating my payment had been cancelled. I received a message from Denby on April 16th asking about my experience. I had not received my order and I had no confirmation that it was coming.
Then on April 22nd I received notification that my order had been processed and my money had been withdrawn. I received my order around the 24th of April. Everything was intact and ready for use.
