Absolute cowboys no response on eBay for messages don’t buy from them clearly con people trying it

What a bunch little kids. Amateurs at best. I have had the same experience as others, tried to return the item and heard nothing. I then submitted a complaint through PayPal. In response, these incompetent monkeys blocked all my payment methods and barred me from purchasing anything from them again.

As per previous reviews by others, one star is one too many.
Ordered item, received an email the next day, to say payment has been taken, since then - nothing. I have emailed the "help desk" to no avail. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!

Ordered clothing on the 9th March 2025, received E Mail the following day with invoice for the goods. It’s now the 2nd of April, no clothing, no communication at all, no reply to 3 E mails. No answer to the phone No. What a shower of winkers,thieving towrags you would expect better from a Brit company. Please don’t buy anything from these tossers !

Item arrived fast but was too big. I returned it and asked for a smaller size. No response.
Emailed repeatedly but no response and now their website has virtually no stock!

The only reason this company gets one star is because it is impossible to give them zero.
The customer service has been absolutely atrocious having bought an item that turned out to be substandard from Amazon. They take ages to reply. The refund policy is not in line with Amazon And I will never use them again neither would I suggest anybody else does

I should have learned from previous bad experience and that of my friends, but I urgently needed some parts so against my instincts I took the risk. I guess it's another mistake I can chalk up on my tab of life; History clearly shows (and other reviews) that this leopard certainly hasn't changed its spots.
No parts have arrived, sarcastic rude communication when they did reply.
This company doesn't deserve to be trading. If I could give a zero for my experience I would. Avoid avoid avoid!

Absolutely awful company, rude, ignorant, not helpful at all, ripped me off £250, didn’t care a toss, shame for a company being in business for that length of time, definitely won’t be using them ever again.

In my opinion sales are disorganised

Not sure what the response below is regarding a fleece top is about, I never ordered a fleece top. Just shows you they how disorganised they are.

They just keep sending thr wrong parts because they don't know (or care about ) what they're selling.

I think whoever writes responses like this, and the ebay feedback responses, has some issues going on.

M&P, bike torque racing and other big suppliers don't perform and act like this.

Ordered a helmet and visor never received it when I contacted them about this because nearly 2/3 weeks had gone by I was told they sent me a email explaining that the visor I ordered didn’t fit the helmet that’s understandable but I know what I’m ordering I didn’t receive this so called email otherwise I would have contacted them back after I questioned this and said I still wanted the order I heard nothing more next thing i know I got a refund of my money which I haven’t seen yet with no explanation to why guess they didn’t like my reply I would not use this company ever again and advise you not to either deplorable customer service

Terrible service don't answer the phone . I asked them a question on ebay and they blocked me . I can see why they have so muck back feedback rude and unhelpful .

Ordered graphics didn't receive them sent 3 emails with no reply

Ordered pre-oiled twiner filter.
They sent dry filter with no pre-oil and also for wrong bike.
Customer service not interested

Ordered the item online. After not receiving the product within the delivery schedule (a week) I contacted the company via email only to be told that they have no stock and shall organise a refund. No refund has been received although when questioned they state they have refunded via PayPal. I originally paid via credit card? Following another email to the company asking to see confirmation of the refund, because it’s still not been received. They have not provided any refund confirmation, just an email saying “you have been refunded via PayPal” They certainly do not want to show proof of the refund, because we all know it hasn’t happened!

Ordered something in error. Sent it back and messaged them several times. No response and no refund. Horrible. Will never use again.

Do not buy anything from this company! They do not have a phone number. They no longer have a shop. Online only and they will not help you when they sell you substandard faulty products. There are many good online retailers but this lot are not one of them. The sooner they go bust the better. They do not deserve to be in business ripping people off and offering no customer service to paying customers. Avoid at all costs!

i was waiting for my package.
and didnt get a mail for delivery i ask when they order the package.
they said it got lost and they refund me.
i ask how long i will take they didnt reply...
send them some extra mails still no response.
after a while i send them a mail again on the site and finaly get a mail back and after a few days i got the money back.

I have had a refund on the parts that were ordered that never materialised, after chasing them. Zero communication, no explanation. No phone number. Terrible customer service. Don't use this company

Don’t not buy from this company. Have not refunded me for returned products that where faulty on arrival
