Avoid This Company!
Avoid This Company! Ordered something from the website. Waited and waited for a dispatch email. None forthcoming so contacted them on their so called helpdesk. Three days later received a curt message saying the item had been lost in the post, even though im pretty sure it had never been dispatched. Not even an apology. Now I have to wait a week to get my money back through Paypal. Wish I had checked reviews before I purchased as this level (lack) of customer service is the norm for this company it seems.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I asked a simple question about whether an item would fit my bike and was told curtly to refer to manufacturer's guidelines. When it didn't fit I returned it at my expense (and no returns form was included in the packaging as stated) and then had to chase twice and send a photocopy of the certificate of posting before a refund arrived two and a half weeks later. There is no phone number given and it appears that there is only one overworked person in charge of customer service (if that's what it is called); either they haven't learned or haven't been told that it's a good idea to be polite to customers, or they are rushed off their feet, in which case I'm sorry for them - but ultimately if this sort of experience is common, then it's the management's fault not the employee.
Website stock is incorrect
Ordered a helmet and 10 days later get an email saying it’s not in stock.

Ordered a rear MX fender(cig burn)
Ordered a rear MX fender, arrived with what looked like a cigarette burn on yellow plastic and burn holes in the bag it was sealed in. No packaging or protection, just sent in a gray postage bag. Took them 3 days to reply to my emails, the phone number just rings off. I returned it at cost to myself, £10, received email saying my money had been refunded. Still waiting for the money. Whoever is running the place is a joke. £92 down the swanny. I'm probably going to contact trading standards and the inland revenue, because whatever is going on here shouldn't be allowed to continue.
POOR customer service
Ordered a jacket that DID arrive a couple of weeks ago, however it was too large so I wanted to exchange it. There was no return form in the package. Have been trying to get hold of them ever since, no answer to emails or their contact form. It says email or telephone us on their website, yet there is no telephone number.
Zero communication.
Placed an order for an in stock item 2 weeks ago. Received a confirmation email that it will be sent via royal mail. One week later no dispatch email or indication order has been sent. Sent an email asking for an update, another week later still no reply. So far they have my money for the item and I have radio silence and no item. Terrible customer service. Avoid.
Ordered a part months ago
Ordered a part months ago, they said it was out of stock so I could wait for the part or get a refund. I decided to wait as I wasn't in a hurry to get the part. The item is now in stock on their website but they are not responding to my emails, I've sent several over the past 5 weeks. They have no contact number to call for assistance and will not respond to my emails so I'm considering legal action. Unacceptable.

Ordered a £1500 clutch from Dennis Winter, received a delivery date which passed with no delivery.
Sent 9 emails to follow up with no response.
No phone number and no customer service.
Had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back 4 weeks later.
I have since heard they are potentially going into administration, which is no surprise
Lack of response to emails.
I had requested to be notified when an item came in to stock so when the notification came through I ordered it immediately. I was informed however that it wasn’t actually available due to “overselling” so I opted to wait until the item came back into stock again. Over the last couple of months I have emailed three or four times to check on the situation but have received no response. I have also telephoned but no one ever answers. Although initially I was in no rush to get the part, I am now looking to buy it from another supplier. I have requested a refund but again, have received no reply.

No item @ no response
I ordered and paid for an item from Dennis Winter over a month ago. I have emailed, messages and tried calling on several occasions and the item still has not been dispatched. They have not returned any of my enquiries nor given me any indication of when the item will be sent. I will not be using this Dennis Winter again.
Bad reputation in the industry this confirms it
Ordered a part from their eBay shop now I know they have a really bad reputation in the mx game but I really needed this part & only they had it for sale so I took the risk and ordered it thought I might get it in a weeks time or so but oh boy has it backfired I have not received the part it has not even been dispatch on eBay either I cannot get in touch with them by any means tried their emails phones the lot nothing. Knew I should’ve listened to everyone in the industry when they say avoid at all costs do avoid at all costs! Now having to fight eBay to get my money back
