Great customer service

Great customer service, returned an item due to wrong size and refunded straight away. Happy to find professional and a support contact who responds to any question.

I would recommend Dennis Winter and keep it as one of my favourites.

Big shout out to TOBY

These guys are amazing always have what I want and always arrives rapid. Only ever had 1 slight problem (Royal Mail's fault, not Dennis's) but Toby was so helpful and sorted it out so quickly

I ordered a pair of motocross boots for…

I ordered a pair of motocross boots for my 7 year old son through their Ebay shop. The payment was accepted and marked as dispatched 2 days later. 3 days after that I got a message from the seller advising that the boots weren't in stock and had been dispatched in error so i accepted the refund. Two weeks later my husband saw that the item was still available to order so placed the order again as these were the boots my son really wanted.
Again, payment accepted and marked as dispatched but exactly the same message days later saying that they were out of stock! How can you dispatch something you do not have!
My advice would be to avoid - total joke of a company.

Awful customer service

Ordered some parts, waited a few days but nothing. Emailed to ask where they were and they aid they were changing warehouses and would be despatched in 48 hours. 120 working hours later nothing. Emailed again (can't speak to anyone by phone) and they replied this time staffing issues and would be another 4-5 days. They offered a 30% discount on order to compensate to which I agreed. A couple of days after the 4-5 days I noticed I had a full refund! They had my money tied up for 3 weeks, not once did they proactively contact me and I never received any notification or apology when they cancelled my order. This goes against their customer service statements on their website. Total rubbish and I've relayed my experience in the paddock
