Terrible company to work with. I ordered a wireless IO camera that did not function. 2 months to receive it and now 2 months later, still waiting on resolution/refund as they take their sweet time to respond, if they even respond at all! No QC, No Customer service, no effort to resolve a problem!

The loupes are great!! I love how the IPD is adjustable. The only thing i didnt like was the strength of the light that I had to pay extra for. Our lights in the dental ops are brighter so I opted out of using the headlight.

This LED clip on wireless light works great! Not too heavy and I’ve been wearing it for 12 hour work days. The battery lasts about 7.5 hours and then simply shuts off.
My coworkers have tried it and are interested in ordering one for themselves.

Quick shipping. I have only used the light for 2 days but so far so good! Great quality for the price. I had to tighten the screws so the light wouldn’t drift downward but after that it’s been a savior.

I like your product but I have found the weak spot and that's the power connection from the light to the battery. My last 2 loupes both oinvolved the light connection so I'm hoping this pair lasts longer. I'll let you know. If this pair fails in the same area I'll probably send it back and not order again. I guess we'll see

Took about 4 weeks for products to arrive. Tracking number was provided. Items are exactly as described. I ordered the pro set of dental loupes, a wired light, and a wireless led light. All work, not sure long term, but as of now everything works perfect. Had to contact customer service once and had an email back quickly. Good company. At first was skeptical of it being legit since the prices were so low, but I'm happy with the products (8 year RDH.)

I ordered loops with a cordless light. The loops are very well made and arrived quickly and packaged securely. They are comfortable and work great!

I loved the loupes. They are easy to focus on. However, it was impossible to adapt the clips on my glasses with nose pads.
I tried with another pair of glasses without nose pads, but they still were not well adapted. Any movement the loupes come off.
