Have had a bad toothache for several days . Phoned at 9am for an appointment. Was seen by Jennifer at 1.30 who went through all my options very clearly. Decided on a tooth extraction which she carried out there and then. Couldn’t have asked for better treatment or service. Thank you so much to Jennifer Claus and her team . 😀😀

Outstanding service and can’t do enough to help you..

This Dentist is truly unbelievable. I have never been treated with the care and time that these professionals offer you.
From the receptionist in the office to the dental nurses who are always polite and helpful and always smiling.
My wife, my 18 year old son and I are all patients at this practice.
We have spent quite a bit on different treatments. All of which have felt like money well spent.
My wife has had kidney failure in the past which had left her with unfortunate dental changes. She booked in to see Robbie Hughes. Who was amazing and didn’t stop until my wife was 100% happy. Which after 3 years she is still over the moon with her results.
I have been in for Invisalign teeth straightening. Again duty of care over this process was brilliant. Finished off with composite edge bonding. All done by Harrison. Who again didn’t stop until I was 100% happy.
I recently went to see a root canal specialist Obyda Essam. I was a bit worried as I’ve never had this before.
All I can say is if Obyda had tickled me I may have felt this more. I have been over a dozen times for different things at this practice and seen maybe 5 different specialist all were as good as the last.
I would like to mention dentist Craig. I had noticed some poor comments regarding Craig on these reviews and I was shocked. Craig couldn’t have gone further into detail and gave me his time to explain in detail all my options with a situation I found myself in. For that service I had only paid a small amount for this check up which I also got X-rays to put my mind at ease.
As I said at the start.
This dentist is top notch.

My experience has been amazing at dental excellence. The staff are extremely friendly and down to earth, it's bit like going to see friends. They have also done wonders with my teeth especially as my case was so complex. Cant wait to see the final result in a few weeks when I get my final appointment

Finished my treatment yesterday with the fabulous Alex, absolutely delighted with the results, highly recommended from start to finish, relaxed atmosphere puts you totally at ease and Alex's perfectionist trait ensures you will not be disappointed !

I’ve just finished what I would call my journey with Dental Excellence U.K. phase one. This was to get my teeth looking in a way I could feel confident to smile broadly on my wedding day. From day one Craig and his team have treated me so well. His techniques during my procedures were first class in my opinion. All my worries and fears about dental work were put at ease by explanation and then further by his execution of that work, which was as promised pain free. I was a nervous patient due to have a previous bad experience and that was picked up by Craig immediately and he made the whole process more than bearable for me. In relation to the results I would go as far to say they’ve have exceeded my expectations on the finished results and today looking at photos side by side from the day I walked in to todays photo was mind blowing. Highly recommended this company to anyone. Michael

Had a slight issue with milled veneers, but Alex (not who originally did the work) was amazing at recovering the situation. Amazing dentist - couldn't recommend Alex enough!
