Great team from reception to the dentist, was in a lot of pain over the weekend, although i couldnt get through on the phone(monday morning 9am)i walked in, its not far from were i live, the receptionist was so kind and helpful she managed to get me an appointment for the afternoon, Veresha and her assistant were amazing very professional, they calmed my nerves and was very friendly, she extracted my painful tooth with ease(didnt feel a thing)

The service is very good but the rules are not I had a check up because I was in pain when a filling fell out I then had a follow up check up I was charged twice which I dont think is
fair this is an nhs dentist

Rick makes you feel really relaxed everytime to see him, and the girls are always so pleasant and friendly! Girls on reception are all so welcoming. Been a patient at this dentist for years, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have never had a bad experience while attending the dental house, all staff are friendly and professional and talk through procedures and the best treatment options to personally suit your individual needs, would recommend to anyone.

Today I had an appointment with Sam and his lovely assistant (sorry can't remember your name).I'm so happy with my new teeth I danced out of his room .Thank you Sam you have made me a very happy smiley lady 5*

I can't praise The Dental House enough. My dentist is Ric vet I have now been seen by 2 other staff members too. From the dentists, dental nurses and reception staff they are all wonderful and want to do their best to help you. As a real added bonus the practice it's self is a very pleasant and clean place to be. I have never had such a great dentist!

Great dental practice. Dr Nishma is absolutely wonderful, very thorough, and makes sure she explains everything so you have an understanding of what's happening. Her assistant is lovely too, they make a great team.

Completely painless, and I would rarely say that about a dentist. The Dentist Sam, was very professional and considerate of the pain I was suffering with and ensure it was adequently pain free. Would definately recommend this dentist.

I've seen three different dentists here over the years and each one has been great. I'm a bit nervous after a bad experience with a previous dentist, but I've never felt the need to mention it, they've always been so good at making me feel comfortable.

I attended for my checkup today. Sam was very thorough as usual and took the time to explain things. I was given options with clear risks and benefits of each without pressure. Sam answered my questions honestly.

I was really surprised at how much was involved with a free consultation. I had a thorough consultation, X-rays, photos etc. My dentist was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease throughout. I’m really looking forward to getting my treatment here!

I seen Dr Rick today as it has been over 5 years since visiting a dentist and I was starting to notice some problems. I am not the biggest fan of dentists but he made me feel so at ease and talked me through what was happening during my check up and why so I knew what to expect at each and every step. It's the first time I can remember that I am looking forward to going back to the dentist!
