Bought veneers. cost me over $600. Cracked after wearing them just a few times_ They wouldn’t replace them because I didnt contact them before 30 days. I guess they only guarantee them for 30 days because that’s about how long they last. Stay away from this company.

Update: This company production takes forever…. They have corrected the shipping cost but I have yet to see my product. Takes away from the excitement. So far this company fails to delivers literally…. Will follow up in another two weeks. If I do not receive my product will be filing dispute on that too.. jeez l!!! I ordered on 3/20/2025 was suppose to receive free shipping but I was still charge for the shipping. Have not received product. I hope the product quality is good because so far I am not happy I was over charged. It has yet to be resolve. Will follow up regarding quality.

Takin impressions at home sounded scary, but let me tell you, the instructions were crystal clear! My retainer came in fast, fits perfectly, and I saved a ton. Never thought I'd say this about a dental product, but it's now one of my FAVE purchases!

I've used other products before, but this one stand out. The nightguard I got feels custom-made (because it is, duh!). No complaints, just happy teel and better sleep. A++!

I ordered a flexible partial. They sent me a cheap acrylic denture that damaged my gums. I tried repeatedly to contact Dental Lab Direct by phone and email. They would not respond. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Only then did they respond to my complaint. They refused to refund my $599 for the flexible partial that I paid for. Joe the owner told me to send back the cheap acrylic partial. I asked for a mailing label for the return. He refused. I had to pay $26 to return his mistake. He never apologized for his errors and showed no concern for trouble his acrylic denture caused. I am allergic to acrylic. He finally sent me a flexible partial denture. It too was too small and not functional. I cannot eat with it in my mouth. It is painful. It is unuseable. He refused to refund my money claiming that it was custom made for me. That is a joke. I found that this business is not BBB approved an is a small company with 5 employees. Please don’t waste your time and money here. I thought I could save time and money by not going to the dentist. I was wrong. Customer service is not practiced here. I was fooled by all of the good reviews. That should have been a warning. This is a money grab and they do not guarantee their work. You are taking a risk here.

This man from Dental Lab Direct is lying. Everything I said is true. He must get lots of complaints about his products if he doesn’t remember talking to me after the BBB CONTACTED HIM ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. THIS IS A SCAM AND HE REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY. I STAND BY MY REVIEW. JOE IS HIS NAME. HE CLAIMS TO BE THE OWNER OF THE VERY SMALL COMPANY.

What was sent was 2 impression kits (the second kit was sent as a separate order). The first one was too big and my daughter was not able to make the impressions properly. I mentioned this to the seller and he suggested a second kit. So purchased another kit, the second kit was incomplete ( no instructions and it was missing the second tray). The retainers were never made or sent. AND HE KEPT THE MONEY for the retainer. No refund was offered. Just a shltty little whitening kit and night guard.

I am so grateful for Dental Lab Direct. The snap veneer they made for my mother fits and looks beautifully on her. She has advanced dementia and it would have been too much stress on her to get her dentures. The snap on veneer is perfect, and the experts at Dental Lab Direct worked with her, even though she didn't have the correct number of teeth for the best fit. We waived the warranty because of this. Thank you Dental Lab Direct!!!

The Hawley retainer is sturdy and fits just like my old one from the dentist. What surprised me was the detailed kit and how easy they made everything. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. 😊

Scam. sent ill fitting retainers sent back with more impressions came back not fitting no customer servcie, no repsonse to emial .they will take your $400 and disappear . get bounce back emial over and over

I’ve read reviews on different sites and there were more positive than negative so I decided to order a Nesbit. Previously, I had a dentist that just told me what I needed so I got a one piece porcelain(2700.00) over 3 teeth. She didn’t do a good job and jump to 3 yrs later and I have to get a root canal and 2 crowns. Now this new dentist wants to do a tooth implant. They think I’m rich? She says my previous crown can’t be reused. I find out about DLD and so glad I did. Just got it yesterday. My new tooth fits well, priced right and easy to do. I’m glad I did.
