I received excellent customer service skills and support, with the representative demonstrating patience and understanding whilst I told her about my dilemma with my current dental practice and two of their dental professionals whilst undergoing a root canal procedure.

I would highly recommend this service, they are very prompt when starting the initial first stage, informing me about the process of whether I could take a claim forward. I made an initial phone call this morning and received a telephone call back this afternoon. Excellent. I would highly recommend.

Great service! Nicky was so helpful and reassuring during my initial phone call. She had amazing dental knowledge and took the time to understand what I was trying to say as my dental knowledge is very vague . Nicky listened to my whole experience and was extremely understanding throughout the call. She called me back the next day to deliver the good news that my case had been accepted, it was all extremely fast and efficient. Would 100% recommend!!

I can highly recommend Dental Law, I made the call earlier this year and Amanda one of the senior solicitor's managed my case through to a settlement offer. She handled my case very efficiently, the advice and communication was great. I was in two minds whether to pursue a case with my old dentist, after explaining my situation they took my case on, and thanks to them I will now be able to have the dental work required to give me my smile back. Having suffered a “ hypo incident “ at the dentist, loosing a tooth and gum tissue and subsequently having 2 lots of jaw surgery with Max Fax surgeons resulting in time off work and a loss of further teeth I’ve been left with a further prospect of expensive and time consuming treatments to try and put it right. Jaw bone is destroyed so full implants are out. Spoken to a very understanding lady called Faye who’s listened very carefully to my experience and glad to say they are taking on the case. It’s been a nightmare from that moment in the dentist chair. Luckily my 2 Max Fax surgeons tried limiting the damage, there’s no “ txt “ book surgery for this type of incident.

Jaine was very helpful whilst discussing the process and what to expect in the near future. I felt comfortable to ask questions and the experience was 10/10. Very professional :)

A detailed initial assessment was conducted lasting approximately 30 mins to verify whether or not my
