Initially we were put in touch with RWK via the AVMA. This type of situation in life can be somewhat daunting on 1st approach. Particularly when this is not in your own field of expertise. I was always made to feel that "your (the clients)" welfare was at the very forefront. We are exceptionally satisfied with their services, professionalism and outcome. Our case did go through a few different handlers, which initially made me a little nervous. After a very poor experience with a dentist I felt I had to complain and seek damages for the pain and suffering caused. Initially I carried out a lot of the communication work to get an offer from the dentists insurer. However I remained convinced my claim was worth more.
