I would use them again, but...
I would use them again. The problems I had were with software use and installation of the equipment. I felt like I was an afterthought because I was very understanding through all of the COVID interruptions and didn't complain, but because of my patience, I felt taken advantage of in respects of getting the attention I needed. I wasn't being the squeaky wheel, so I was not a priority...
