Had a question about my dental chair and wanted to order a product but Bill Barnett advised me it wouldn't fit my chair and went out of his way to find me what I needed and how to get it even though it wasn't going to be through DP. Thanks again for your help Bill !

I was very disappointed with being charged shipping three times ($36) for three bottles of oil packaged in one small box. I sent a message through Ebay regarding this. However, to date nobody has seen fit to reply. I was waiting for a response before leaving my feedback on Ebay.

Refuses Refund for Undelivered Order
Ordered Dukal resistance bands on March 31, 2020 through Amazon. Amazon sent me notification that my package was lost. Dental Planet insists it was delivered. If I want a refund i should 'return' it. Return what?

Very disappointed!
Granted, this was in early March, but... I ordered a Quick Mix Vacuum-Mixer. When the wrong item arrived, I sent a note requesting a return and was immediately told that the item was what I had ordered. What arrived was a mixer with no vacuum attachment fitting. About three weeks and several messages later, I finally received a return label. That was the last communication and no evidence the item arrived and no further communication. the payment of $226 has not been refunded. This review was in response to the 4th (and final) request for a review.
