We have been trying to get new icam scan bodies for over a month. They have charged our credit card but we have no way to reach out to them to get the status of our order. We placed our order on August 22nd and still have not received our order. Extremely frustrated!!
I continue to try and use this company for their products and promoted prices. I understand most companies stock or drop ship consumables. I went the extra step and reached out to DT.Com prior to placing the order ensuring the color resins were available. After 3 days of messaging them and also reaching out through social media I finally got a response and said I was ok to place the order so I did. A week went by and still had not received my order or even a tracking number and now I am reaching out in the same fashion. Website, social and email without any response. I would say this, if you are in absolutely NO HURRY to receive anything then you should order through them. If not, I would advise to find another reseller.
