I'm sorry to lose you as our Dentist
I'm sorry to lose you as our Dentist. I spoke with your office manager and she advised me she has spoken with you and that your office will no longer honor our agreement to bill for services; an agreement that has been in place since we've been coming to your office. Our payment record is impeccable and I don't understand why the agreement has now been arbitrarily violated - without even the courtesy of a notice. We should have been "grandfathered" in. When agreements are violated that's a big red flag to me. It's not the way to treat long time patients. You're a good dentist and I'm sorry you have chosen to end the relationship.
You have left us no choice but to move on. Should you change your mind before I find another dentist your manager knows how to reach me. Regards, Ken
