thank you for your review. We understand the frustration of seeing the charge for a product not sent. Please consider, that Order was canceled the day it was received due to unavailability of the item.
The customers are being charged automatically the moment the order is being processed.
Customer sees the charge only 24-48 hours after he was charged by our system.
Meanwhile we refunded the customer in full.
We do not collect payments for items we do not ship and if charged and was not shipped we refund the moment we cancel the order.
We are sorry that you decided to post this review before contacting our customer service to clarify the situation.

Misrepresentation of product availability
A listed product for sale ordered and paid for and then two (3) days later told the product "not available" due to manufacturer discontinuing order. Seems any credible organization would be aware of products offered by company like Listerine. Dental Wholesale Direct seems to advertise products to draw in customers to create a classic "bait and switch" operation.

Prices are okay, but search is a pain. Search does not eliminate items that aren't even close to the product you are searching for, so it makes it very hard to order.

The more words you enter in the search bar, the more options you will get to choose from. We recommend entering 1 distinct keyword, like a Manufacturer Product Number, or reorder number, and see if anything comes up.

Poor customer service
I had the wrong clamp sent to me. It was a $9 clamp- which I had organised a courier to send to zambia. Not to rectify it they want me to send the clamp back to them and then they will send the right one. It would cost me $40 at least. The customer service consultant would not budge on just sending the right clamp to the domestic address.

Hi Falen, thank you for your feedback. After some investigation we understand that you were shipped a wrong item. We offered a replacement and a return label. Unfortunately, it seems the wrong goods were not returned (shipped to completely wrong country for some reason).
We do not offer free international exchange. (even not to international orders).
