Highly recommend West London Dents! Elton was extremely professional, well-mannered, and very prompt. He arrived right on time and did an amazing job fixing the dent on my car. It genuinely looks like brand new again, with no dent visible at all. The quality of his work is outstanding, and his attention to detail really shows. I’m very impressed with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

I had a dent on the bonnet of my vehicle for quite some time, along with a more recent dent on the rear quarter panel. I visited several body shops and SMART repair specialists for other work, and during those visits the dents were also assessed. Some advised that a paintless dent repair (PDR) specialist would be suitable, while others suggested that a full respray might be required.

After some research, I came across West London Dents, which had consistently excellent reviews. I sent over photos and videos, and received a prompt and very reasonable quote, after which an appointment was arranged.

He arrived punctually—slightly ahead of the scheduled time—which was much appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable, with extensive experience in dent removal.

Notably, he did not require access to any electricity, unlike some other services. Instead, he used specialist tools such as hot glue, a plunger, and other equipment to carry out the repair efficiently.

I am very pleased with the results, as both dents were successfully removed to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to others and will certainly use him again in the future.

I sent a message and two photographs of the damage to the offside rear door of my Sharan to a company in Essex some moths ago requesting a quote for repairing a 18 cm by 13 cm dent. I was asked to phone the company to settle some details and was told that the dent was too large for them to attempt.
Some time later, I came across a website for West London Dents Ltd. After sending the photographs I requested a quote and received one within an hour from Elton, who accepted the order and provided a date three weeks later.
Elton came at the time promised this morning and repaired the dent and there is no evidence that the dent was ever there.
I can therefore vouch for the comments made my other customers on the review page and can thoroughly recommend Elton for repairing any dent you may have in your vehicle. You will certainly not be disappointed.
