Update to my original review:

I never expected to be changing my original positive review, but recent events leave me no choice.

My dental work was successful, and I was genuinely happy with the results. Unfortunately, what happened after I left Turkey has completely changed my opinion of this clinic.

From the moment I arrived, I often felt like I was dealing with salespeople rather than healthcare professionals. There was consistent pressure to purchase additional services, and looking back, I wish there had been more emphasis on clear, honest communication instead of sales.

The most significant issue involved my travel. Due to poor communication and scheduling by the clinic’s planning team, an airline ticket I had purchased became unusable. Before I left Turkey, I was told I would receive a full refund of $1,660 for that ticket. I was asked to provide my flight itinerary and my bank account information, and I was told the refund would be processed within 7–10 days.

Nine days later, instead of receiving the promised refund, I received approximately $60 back on a different credit card that had been used for unrelated services. Only after I had already returned to the United States was I informed that they were no longer refunding the $1,660 they had previously told me I would receive.

That is why I am updating this review. It isn’t because of the dental work—it is because I feel I relied on promises that were not honored. Had I been told before leaving Turkey that they would not reimburse the airline ticket, I would have handled the matter very differently.

I have retained the written communications regarding this issue and will be pursuing legal action to recover the funds I was told would be refunded.

If you are considering treatment here, my advice is simple: enjoy the quality of the dental work, but protect yourself. Get every promise in writing, especially anything involving travel, scheduling, reimbursements, or refunds. Save every email and message.

I wish I could still recommend this clinic as confidently as I did in my original review. Sadly, the way this situation has been handled has completely changed my opinion.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with DentSpa.

My treatment was a two-trip process, and from start to finish ythe entire team was amazing. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the journey.

The quality of the work speaks for itself. In fact, my dentist back home in the United States complimented the work and told me they did a great job. That gave me even more confidence that I made the right decision choosing DentSpa.

During my second trip, there was a miscommunication that affected my travel plans. What impressed me most was how DentSpa handled it. Rather than making excuses, they stepped up, took responsibility, and worked with me to make things right. Their commitment to patient satisfaction and customer service was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything finished successfully.

Today, I am leaving with a complete smile, restored confidence, and a level of satisfaction that exceeded my expectations. After years of dental work and investment, it feels incredible to finally be at this point.

If you’re considering dental treatment in Turkey, I would absolutely recommend DentSpa without hesitation. They combine top-tier dentists, skilled doctors, modern facilities, and truly A+ white-glove service. The entire experience made me feel cared for every step of the way.

The help I received from Jasmine was way and above and beyond, while in Australia whenever I had a problem with my dental journey ,I never felt alone she was always there for me and any worries I had with my dental work she passed onto the doctors and got back to me asap. Even when everything was going well she checked in on me. I truly appreciate I had her by my side

I highly recommend Dentspa. They got me in and took care of my procedure promptl. The facility is very clean and all equipment was state of the art. After my full implant procedure I wasn’t in any pain and my temporary set look really really good.

Great experience at Dentspa, fantastic doctors, each specializing in a different field. Dr. Halil and surgeon Dr. Sukran were amazing. Both are patient, kind and explain what to expect before, during and after procedures and answered all of my questions.
The personal medical advisors are also fantastic.
Continuous housekeeping keeps this place very clean.

Do not go here. The fish rots from the head down. While the general staff and coordinators are welcoming and friendly, the upper management operates by the worst standards of scam clinics, using every tool possible just to exploit international patients and secure profits for the big boss.
These people have no sense of honor or professional ethics. They demand full payment upfront, but the moment a medical complication occurs (even if it’s their fault) or things go wrong, they will completely abandon you. It is a pure assembly line for medical tourists.
In my case, I was left with an incomplete treatment, temporary materials, and a serious medical issue, and the management completely went silent for weeks. They only reacted when a formal bank dispute was initiated, and even then, they resorted to corporate scripts and outright lies instead of taking responsibility.
Save your health and your money. Avoid this corporate trap and choose a small, private dental clinic where you are treated as a patient, not as a transaction on a conveyor belt.

After researching clinics in several countries, I chose DentSpa and I'm very glad I did.
From my first conversations with Donna, I felt at ease. She was friendly, informative and supportive throughout the process, always available to answer questions and help things run smoothly.
When I arrived in Istanbul, I was welcomed immediately. Following my consultation, Chada clearly explained my treatment plan and helped me understand everything. It turned out my case was more complex than expected and required zygomatic implants in addition to upper and lower implants, which significantly increased the cost. While this was initially a shock, Nabil the mgr was understanding and took the time to discuss the options with me. We reached a fair agreement, which I genuinely appreciated.
My surgeon and her team were fantastic. From the moment I met her, I felt I was in safe hands. She was confident, professional, warm and reassuring throughout what is a major procedure.
I'm now 8 days post-surgery and recovering well. A special mention must go to Nour, my Patient Experience Representative, who was outstanding throughout my treatment journey. He quickly understood that humour is how I cope with stressful situations and found the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. His support, reassurance, genuine care and regular check-ins made a huge difference during what can be a daunting process. He is a real credit to DentSpa and played a significant part in making my experience feel comfortable, supported and personal.
One of my concerns beforehand was that DentSpa might feel too commercial, but the reality was the opposite. Despite being a larger clinic, it felt personal, welcoming and genuinely caring. The expertise within the team was clear, with specialists involved at every stage of treatment.
I'd also like to thank the wider team, including reception, drivers and support staff. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. The organisation, communication and attention to detail were excellent throughout.
While I still have further treatment ahead, my experience so far has been extremely positive. I felt listened to, supported and cared for every step of the way. Most importantly, I came away feeling that quality of care and long-term outcomes were the priority.

As far as financial department, they were not straightforward with me, they change the price once I got there, of course I have to pay much more, but as far as the Dentist, which happened to me, mine were called, Dr. Medina and Dr. Mehmet, they were so professional, especially Dr. Medina helped me with everything even with the color of my teeth, I left it up to her being that she has lots of experience and seen a lot of people

Before booking with DentSpa, I spent considerable time reading reviews, which proved very helpful — including learning to filter out reviews that were simply from frustrated clients. I had my first visit and the major portion of my work done in March 2025, and I intentionally waited to write this review until my treatment was fully complete.

In addition to several dental and periodontal procedures, I ended up needing 3 implants — somewhat of a surprise, as we had anticipated crowns. My husband was initially skeptical, though given my dental history, I wasn't.

A few things to know going in: DentSpa is a high-volume medical tourism practice. There is quite a bit of waiting, and communication with the team can be inconsistent. However, if you go in with realistic expectations and can roll with a few hiccups, you will be very happy with the quality of work and the skill of the dentists and specialists. I had no complications upon returning to the States during my healing period. In fact, on my return visit in May 2026, my US dentist was already recommending an additional onlay and crown — two different DentSpa dentists disagreed, advising that my crown was fine and only the filling needed replacing. I appreciated that honest, conservative approach.

Quality of work: 5 stars
The dentists and specialists are highly skilled, and I am genuinely happy with my results.

Communication: 4 stars.
The support staff work incredibly hard and deserve recognition — managing a multilingual, high-volume practice is no small feat.

Placed my crowns and abutments in May 2026. When the crowns weren't quite right initially, Dr. Kocaağa's skill, patience, and bedside manner in getting them to fit perfectly were truly beyond impressive. I so appreciated her care and dedication.

I traveled internationally for extensive dental work, which included full upper implant restoration and multiple crowns on my lower teeth. Choosing a dental clinic in another country is a huge decision, and I can honestly say DentSpa exceeded my expectations in every way.
I especially want to recognize Jasmine, who made the entire process smoother from the beginning. She was patient, kind, responsive, and always willing to answer questions or help with concerns. When you're far from home having major dental work done, that level of support means everything.
I also want to sincerely thank Dr. Madina for her professionalism, precision, and attention to detail. Dental work at this level requires both technical skill and artistry, and I felt she truly cared about achieving the best long-term result—not just finishing the procedure. She took time to explain treatments, make adjustments, and ensure things were done correctly.
The clinic itself is modern, clean, organized, and uses advanced technology. The staff has treated me with kindness throughout the process, and despite the complexity of my treatment, I felt supported the entire time.
Dental treatment can be stressful, especially when it involves implants, crowns, and full-mouth restoration. DentSpa helped turn what could have been overwhelming into an experience where I felt cared for as a person, not just a patient.
