Horrible they are a rip off I went for…
Horrible they are a rip off I went for full mouth of implants they were done wrong I went back paid for new ones. They charge $3000 more dollars I ask for my old ones they said they had been destroyed. They lied these are the same ones cut to short they made my teeth to long. They are horrible stay away from them!!

Exceptional service from start to finish and highly professional doctors
The service was absolutely amazing, from the airport pick-up to the constant guidance and companionship at the clinic. They kept checking on me via WhatsApp to make sure everything was perfect, and they were always available and ready to help. STOP PESTERING ME!!!!
I had a quote from Dentspa last summer which was double, than any other clinics quoted. Then I came across their negligent treatment reviews. A few months of silence passed since then they decided to persuade me by their WA messages, wanting explanation which I ignored then blocked. But they wouldnt give up on chasing and keeps calling me from random numbers, some of them arent even from Turkey. They just wouldnt take "NO" FOR AN ANSWER and "agents" sounding aggressive. DENT SPA LAY OFF. STOP PESTERING people. NO MEANS NO. I HAD TO PUT IT IN WRITING HERE FOR you as a reminder so you won't forget.👍🏻
P.S. Even after posting this up, the next day I still had them calling persistently but from a witheld number mumbling something weird also more WA messages. 🙄

Do not trust this clinic!
I had a virtual consultation with Alex, who completely lied to me just to get me to Turkey. Online, I was given one clear treatment plan with a final quote of $4,185. I asked him multiple times—very specifically—what would happen if they found unexpected issues once I arrived. He repeatedly reassured me that absolutely everything was included. I also explicitly stated I did not want my natural teeth shaven down like "shark teeth," and he promised it would be less than 0.8mm.
The moment I arrived, it became a completely different, dishonest story. They threw out the original agreement and handed me three different treatment plans with drastically higher rates: $6,500, $8,700, and $10,000! They also tacked on hidden fees for things like a mouth guard.
To make matters worse, they completely scammed me on accommodation. They charged me an inflated $330 per night for the hotel, claiming they "upgraded" me because I brought my family. This was a lie—they knew I was traveling with family before giving me the initial quote, and there was no upgrade. The room only had one king bed, and I had to ask for two foldable beds at night for my kids. (The hotel itself only charges $285 a night for regular guests, meaning the clinic actively marked up the price to pocket the difference).
When I realized how deceitful they were, I told them I was refusing to do the procedure. That is when the extortion started. To let me leave, they forced me to pay a $380 "consultation fee," $660 for two nights at the hotel, and $80 for the airport ride. When I reminded them about the $200 deposit I paid before flying out, they shamelessly claimed it was just part of the consultation fee, bringing the total for a basic exam to a staggering $580! Even in the US, a consultation doesn't cost that much.
These people are the biggest scammers I have ever encountered. They use cheap virtual quotes to trap you, and once you are in the country, they double the price and hit you with massive fees if you try to back out. Look at the pictures I posted and see the scam for yourself. Do not come here or you will deeply regret it!

Overall good experience
I was very fearful due to an incident which happened at the dentist when I was 11yrs old and the needle went into the roof of my mouth. I never attended a dentist again until I was 42yrs old and had an almighty pain. However Dr Enes did my root canal treatment, he gave me 12 injections he was the calmest loveliest man took his time and entered the needle into my gums that I hardly felt a thing. I said if I could put him in my pocket and take him out whenever I needed an injection that would be great 😁. The people I dealt with face to face were pleasant . However most of the other members of staff would just walk pass not saying good morning, smiling or anything. Everyone is there for a procedure so it would go a long way if they all acknowledged everyone they pass and not just greet the people they are designated. The lady in the cafeteria was ever so warm & friendly and never walked pass without a smile and welcome also the cleaner. The clinic is very clean and all seems to run like a conveyer belt. But most importantly they get the job done. I am pleased with the outcome and would recommend.
